The company refused to cancel my subscription. I'm 2 weeks out and I've sent 5 requests to cancel it and they still haven't acted on this. I will be pursuing litigation if they charge my account for a subscription that I've canceled. The customer service is terrible. All words with no action.

## Avoid This Company – Unauthorized Charges and Zero Customer Support

I decided to stop taking the GLP-1 medication from Gala and thought the process would be straightforward. I received an email stating that if I wanted a refill, I needed to complete an online form. Since I did not want to continue, I simply didn’t fill out the form.
To my shock, Gala went ahead and charged me the full $447 for a 3-month supply that I never requested and will not use.
Trying to resolve this has been an absolute nightmare. You cannot speak to an actual human being; everything is handled through an online chat. When I finally reached someone, they claimed it was an "auto-renewal" for all services, completely ignoring the fact that I never authorized the medication refill. I demanded a refund, and they claimed they would send the request to their billing team. They cancelled my plan and told me I wouldn’t be charged again, but they also refused to let me delete my credit card information from their website myself—I had to ask them to do it.
It has now been a full month of endless back-and-forth. The only response I get is from an online robot telling me the issue has been "escalated," yet there is still zero resolution and no refund.
I am thoroughly disgusted with their lack of support and customer service. Do not trust this company with your credit card—I would never recommend using them.
