I was quite nervous about handing over my instagram login details, but after reading all of the trustpilot reviews i decided to take a leap of faith... and it's worked! I am consistently getting real followers every day. I know this because they engage with me. You can focus on just getting followers or followers and engagement. How it works is, you pick a few instagram accounts which are similar to yours (meaning, they likely have the followers you'd like) and gainsty goes and follows and engages them all, if they dont follow back or they do not engage back, Gainsty will unfollow them. You can also set up an automatic reply for every new followers, which actually really helps keep track of them, as then you can have a quick look at their profile and do your own interactions. I just love that all of my new followers are real. It is steady and consistent, i've recieved 100 real followers in one week and it's still going. and my content is receiving so much more attention. False Advertising and Refused Refund
I received a promo code offering a 7-day free trial, so I signed up expecting to try the service risk-free. Instead, I was charged USD 708 immediately, which felt completely deceptive. I canceled the subscription within 3 hours, yet they set the cancellation date for May 2, 2026 and have refused to issue a refund.
I’ve been trying to resolve this since May 2, 2025, but have only received vague, unhelpful responses. This feels like a deliberate attempt to trap customers into paying. I strongly advise others not to trust this company with their credit card information.

Not Worth The Risk For Businesses Who Rely On Instagram
I am updating my review based on a few key updates - but the sentiment of the review still stands.
Did my Instagram account grow? Yes it did. The followers (mostly) were within my target demographic, and I did see an increase in engagement when I published new content. So I will give them that.
Whether they follow Instagram's terms of service is still unclear to me. They make assurance that they indeed follow them, but the fact still stands that my Instagram account was penalized for 1 week after using their service past the free trial. It took them the full week to be fully responsive with customer support - at which point the restrictions on my account were lifted so they were unable to see that there was ever limitations placed on my account.
Customer service was very difficult to nail down. I used their live chat option to which many messages were left read, but unanswered. It took days, and leaving a negative review on Trustpilot, to finally reach someone who was helpful - Thanks Marc.
The fact that I lost out on some business over the time that my account was restricted and the lack of initial customer support is why I am only leaving a 2 star review.
If you are just looking to grow your personal account and see your follower size grow, then sure - go for it. But if you are running a business that relies on Instagram, It's not worth the risk in my opinion.

Very very poor results
Very very poor results. Massively under delivered in terms of followers, a fraction of what is promised. Use spam techniques to try to build up followers. Use your account to follow and support spammy accounts that must be run by them as they have no relevance. Breach Instagram terms of service. Better do your Instagram management yourself. Suspect a lot of the positive reviews are fake.
Asked for a refund several times given that they did not deliver the promised service but they never refunded always coming up with lame excuses. Support is very very poor

• On December 23, 2024, Frans requested to switch to a yearly Turbo Plan and asked for a discount code, which we happily provided. The total billed amount was $629.82, adjusted with credits from their monthly subscription.
• Over the next month and a half, his profile achieved remarkable results, gaining over 5,000 new followers, and engagement rate increased significantly from 2.48% to 11.96%. These outcomes are far beyond and above of our Turbo Plan promises.

This company is a scam!!! They ask for your Instagram password which I did not give. I cancelled my trial and they still proceeded to charge me of a whopping 59$ for a service I NEVER USED! No one's responding to any emails at all!!!
