Great and quick way to get your phone fixed when stuck at the desk and can’t leave work/ the office. Also super friendly and helpful staff, they were very good at accommodating timings and picking up/ delivering within a certain time! I am blown away by this service. Smashed my screen in the middle of a workday. In ONE hour the phone was back. The price is also one of the best I found online. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Efficient and quick fix. Had my iPhone 13pro back glass repaired. Courier picked up my phone during the day in London and returned later in the same day. Phone was like new. Only negative aspect was the confusing billing. I received a voucher for £10 discount. However they charged the discount separately after my actual repair bill.

Had a nightmare situation after dropping my phone in the morning instead of snoozing my alarm, hours after I had cancelled my mobile phone insurance as I hadn't made any claims for over 2 years! My screen went black and was cracked, front & back. After a quick Google search at 6am, I found GadgetWiz who claimed they could have my phone fixed and returned the same day. I was a bit sceptical as I hadn't heard of them before but was rather desperate! I completed the simple online form, made payment and waited. I received confirmation of my booking and an estimated time of collection shortly after.
The friendly driver arrived at my place of work and collected my phone and sure enough I had it back by the end of the day, delivered to my home address, in perfect working condition.
Throughout the process, the GadetWiz team kept me informed about collection and delivery times and were able to answer any questions I had. If I could give more than 5 stars in this review, I would. I took a chance on an unknown company and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommended service, thank you so much GadgetWiz Team! I would certainly use this service again (but I'm hoping to not be so clumsy with my phone in future!)

Found this lovely company via a google search, as I needed a little TLC for an old phone.

The interaction via email and SMS from start to finish was professional. From collecting the device, to updating the end user on what state it was, and to returning the device back to end user during this Pandemic.

Such a fantastic service! I was apprehensive at first about giving my phone away to get fixed but was so impressed with how quickly and professional GadgetWiz were. Sent my query in at 9am when I got to work and it was fixed and delivered back to the office by lunchtime!

Absolutely amazing service from these guys. They picked up my device from my home within the stated time period. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. It was a slightly complicated repair so they needed it overnight. They kept me informed of their progress throughout. My iPhone was returned the next day. The guys who picked up and delivered were so polite and friendly. I cannot fault the service I received. And their price was so reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
