Have sent an email and 2 messages via their enquiry form and still not heard anything. They have my phone and I have got nothing!

Sent Gadget Panda my old iPhone 7 256gb on a Tuesday and by Friday they wired £350 to my bank account. This was £100 more than Envirofone was offering me. And I didn't have to wait seven days to receive my funds. If Gadget Panda spruced up their website and increased their social media presence I think more people would be willing to recycle their unwanted gadgets with them. Thank you to all involved for such a speedy and stress free service.

It took 4 weeks to get paid and a lot of turmoil trying to get answers from them as to why they had my phone but hadn't paid me as agreed, coupled with a 40% reduction in the initial price offered. Apparently they were all on holiday and apparently it was on their website, I cant prove or disprove either of these points. Why they couldn't have told me this before closing for 2 weeks or simply putting an out of office on their email I don't know!
Personally I won't use them again as my personal experience wasn't great and has left me feeling frustrated and annoyed.

Sent them my black iPhone 6 as they offered the best price at the time, Upon receiving an email claiming I left my iCloud on the device and checking my account I asked for the phone back and they sent me a picture of a White iPhone with an email on it I'd never seen before. Even after informing them this isn't my device they are totally refusing to do anything about it at all and offer no solution. As result this company has essentially stolen my phone and left me with nothing at all. Absolutely disgraceful.

I was a little sceptical at first as GP quoted £50 more than the nearest other company - always sets off alarm bells. Read these reviews then sent the phone off special delivery (made sure to fully photograph and video the phone working with a dated newspaper in shot). There was no free post like some other providers but when I looked into those more they only covered up to £50 so if you wanted more cover you'd have to pay for postage yourself anyway.
Received an email the following day saying it had been received and was being tested, 6 days later hadn't heard back so sent an email. Got a response within hours telling me they'd look into it, by that evening the money was in my Paypal account. So aside from the prompting (which wasn't really that bad) very happy with the service. Definitely recommend this company to others.
Phone was an iPhone 6 64gb unlocked.

Do not use this company! Repeatedly come up top prices on comparison sites for selling gadgets but they have no intention of paying anywhere near quoted price. Will identify damage that's not there, create defects which, were clearly not present prior to you posting items in a hope that you are desperate for any money you'll accept their lesser offer. Then, in a final insult, will charge you to have your item returned after you've already paid post and packaging to send it to them as they offer no such postage service. Use a bigger and known company and don't be fooled by their attractive higher offers for your gadgets.
Further to this initial review, the phone was taken to the Apple Store in the Metro Centre, who unsurprisingly confirmed that Gadget Panda were talking absolute rubbish! Apple confirmed there was some cosmetic scratches and a split in the case near the earphone jack lead but stated this does not affect the functionality of the phone nor the price they would pay. They also confirmed that the apparent non function of Siri was down to the ear piece requiring a cosmetic clean, which simply a cotton bud rubbed over the earpiece. So much for Gadget Pandas engineers. Another company paid full price for the phone with the same terms and conditions as Gadget Panda. If Gadget Panda do this every so often to customers then they make more money by hoping most people will just accept. Further more Trust Pilot and Gadget Panda have forced me to change my initial review as they do not like the truth being published. So once again go for a lesser offer and don't trust this company!

I sent my Sony xperia z5 compact to gadget panda. Phone was a couple of months old and in full working order. Gadget panda stated that the phone would not turn on or charge and the phone was returned to me. Upon receiving the phone back I plugged the phone in and it began to charge immediately and turned on with no issues. Gadget panda state that they tried to charge the phone with 4 different chargers and four different plug sockets. I do not believe this to be the case and believe that the phone was not properly tested. Gadget panda did refund my postage costs on the condition that I removed my one star review. Howeve, I feel that other customers need to be aware that if you send off a phone to this company and the battery runs our before they test the phone, they just assume it is not working and in my opion do not attempt to charge the phone. I have now sold the phone to another company with no issues so the fault lies with gadget panda and their inability to properly check the phone. Then they only refund the postage costs by blackmailing you not to leave a negative review
I have evidence that gadget panda did not test the phone I hand sent the phone tm mcreycle and they have confirmed that the phone is in full working order and have issued payment gadget panda are the scammers not me and I have evidence of this

Some people complain about having to pay the postage, but to be honest I would have rather paid for special delivery for something worth money than risk a freepost envelope.

I used compare my mobile to sell my iPhone which then led me to Gadget Panda. After finding out that compare my mobile had made a huge mistake on their website and then a member of staff hung up the phone on me, Gadget Panda contacted me and I went direct through them. The service I received was brilliant, the communication is continuous and I was updated with everything, any time I emailed them with a question, I got a response within an hour, sometimes even late evening. I would definitely recommend using Gadget Panda. Thank you guys.
Quick, effective and great service!
Used GP to sell my iPad air. I'd used a recycling co before but was a bad experience so was a little hesitant. However, I needn't have worried, Gadget Panda offered me more than anyone else and paid within 2 days as promised. They sent me emails every step of the way, so I felt ultra reassured that all was in hand. All in all I couldn't fault the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I sent in an iPad Air 128gb which was quoted at 207.00 the iPad had no problems whatsoever when I sent it. I contacted them to find out when I would get the money transferred to my account they claimed that there was a spot showing when the screen was white, so not trusting them I asked for my iPad back. I have now received it back and I've checked it and there is no indication of any spots their so called technical people claimed on the screen it was simply a ploy to get my device at a cheaper price. These type of companies have a bad practice of trying to downgrade you're perfectly good functioning devices. I would advise everyone to take photos of your device before sending to any company so you have proof!!!
I myself will never use these cheats again !!!

Item sent on a Monday and I received the money on Thursday. Excellent service and a very efficient process. Staff respond quickly to emails and are very helpful. Will happy recommend this company to others.
All sorted within a week of sending the phone off. Payment straight into the bank account. Have to pay for your delivery but that's a minor issue.
