They streamline the process, which is easy and straightforward, Customer Service is on point, any troubleshooting or concerns are addressed immediately, and they are one of the few companies that show by actions that the customer matters most.

This is the 2nd time I'm using Gadget Gone for a cell phone buyback. Let me know when they received the phone, when it was appraised and if I wanted to proceed with the sale, and when the payout would be available. Excellent to deal with.

I have used Gadget Gone 3 or 4 times now and referred my mom as well and have had absolutely nothing but the best service and support. I trade in my phone every year and this year was no exception. I was quoted a fair price and actually received an email saying they were paying me $16 more than the quoted price because my phone was even better than expected.

I read the 1 star reviews because I was curious why anyone would give them such a low rating and immediately realized these are people trying to scam the system. One time they said my phone didn’t match the description and when I questioned it, a senior tech checked it and verified my description was correct. They email back quickly, the process is easy and straight forward.

I have no issues recommending Gadget Gone to anyone, including my family. And come September, they will again be getting my old phone when I upgrade. Thank you Gadget Gone
