Ordered a Scotland top as couldn't find the size for my dad on the Official site (he's a big guy) on the 12/12/2025. After a couple chasing emails the replied with :-

'Hello, I'm very sorry for the delay. We just received a notification that due to issues with our account, some orders were not imported into the system in time. Subsequent orders of this type will no longer be dispatched. The account will automatically refund the money. The exact refund time has not been notified yet. We will continue to monitor your account. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you still want to receive the jerseys in the order, here's a suggestion for you: You can add our WhatsApp: +85362236322. We will help you place a new order for you. Of course, this requires you to pay again. Given the inconvenience caused by the abnormal account, we can offer you a buy-one-get-one-free or buy-two-get-two-free service (and so on).

Absolutely appalled asking me to pay again - i think not as I have now learned this is a scam and asking me to add them on what's app, again a big NO. Tried emailing everyday with no response, I guess I'll never see my £50 again.

I ordered a football shirt on 2nd December 2025 and, aside from the initial order confirmation, I’ve had-no dispatch email, no tracking, nothing.

I’ve chased them by email and all I get back are generic, unprofessional replies with no proper contact details—some of the messages are even in Chinese.

I was only told the shirt was out of stock after I emailed asking for a dispatch update. They said I could swap it for another item, which I did on 13th December — and I still haven’t had a single update.

Thankfully I paid with PayPal, so I had to go through them to get my money back, which has finally been processed.

Honestly, I should have checked the reviews, but in the chaos of Christmas shopping I didn’t. The site looked legitimate, but at this point it feels like a complete scam.

Ordered a strip 9th December 2025 and had no confirmation of dispatch or tracking but a confirmation of order email at the time.

Chased 3 times (emails & their website form asking for an update . As yet I’ve still not received a response

Luckily I used PayPal to pay so went via them for a refund which is now processed.

I should have checked the reviews but in the midst of Christmas shopping I forgot… looked legit as they accept PayPal but now think it’s a scam

After looking at the website and the images of the strips look real (which they are not).So I Ordered a strip off them size ages 13-14 which arrived wouldn’t even fit my 6 year old so I sent it back which cost me 19 quid so far no refund nothing I’ll never buy off these again

Zero star or negative rating would be more appropriate - this is a scam. Jerseys are fake and customer service non existent.

Ordered a shirt as an Xmas present for my nephew. As the company had a manchester address I assumed it was legit, MISTAKE... Shirt came from China and took 2-3 weeks to arrive..

Ordered a shirt to fit an 11 y/o, what arrived wouldn't fit a 7 y/o

When a return and refund was requested, informed that returning the shirt was NOT an option, but if I ordered another item they would send a replacement, which I flatly refused. So far I have had offers of a 10%, 20% and 35% refund but a full refund was not an option..Currently awaiting a reply to my umpteenth email...

To avoid Xmas upset, I purchased another shirt from JD Sports which arrived in 2 days, job done!!

Bought a football shirt for my son for Christmas. It arrived with the customised name printed upside down and back to front. The company has thus far refused to refund or replace. Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

I was sent a short sleeved football shirt, instead of the long sleeved one, I had clearly ordered. Ignore the “.co.uk” reference, this is a Chinese site, with delivery from China, two to three weeks. This is not stated when ordering.

- Subsequently offered a £5 refund!!

I’ve already ordered a jersey and you sent the wrong one.
Can I propose you just refund the difference in cost for the short sleeved shirt and then we can close the matter.
1. You won’t take returns, unless I pay. This is not acceptable to me.
2. ⁠I don’t want to order another shirt, I just want the correct long sleeved shirt I ordered.
3. ⁠Your after sales support is nonexistent and you are very difficult to communicate with.
4. ⁠You should make it clear on your web pages that manufacture & delivery are from China
5. ⁠you should also make it clear that you have no formal returns procedure.

Please refund the cost difference and I can stop trying to resolve the matter!!

Absolutely gutted, should of read this before ordering. Ordered kit for my son for Christmas it's not turned up and now to see that when it eventually does it's going to be cheap quality and this isn't even a UK company has made me more sad Christmas morning as we will now have to try and get a refund somehow.

Terrible news experience. I never received the item I paid for. They sent me a child’s item when I ordered menswear. I returned the package containing the wrong items on the return address on the package. Recorded delivery with tracking number.

They have offices in China with people who pretend they do not know anything about Post Office UK tracking numbers and don’t give you your refund nor send correct items.

Do not be misled into thinking this is a UK company, it is not, it is based in China.

I ordered a personalised jersey as a Xmas present, what I received was something totally different & poorly made.

I am in a battle to return the item & obtain a refund, which according to their policy I am at liberty to do. Their customer service however states differently.

I have had to complain to PayPal, who thankfully I paid through & they have taken up my case.

If it was possible to give 0 stars for this scam company then I would. I ordered a long sleeved, personalised Newcastle jersey for my son and they sent a short-sleeved jersey instead. When I asked for my order to be rectified they replied that I could keep the short-sleeved top and order something else from them to the value of the difference (about £3!) I said I didn't want to do that as I had specifically ordered a long-sleeved jersey and that's what I'd paid for. I the meantime a second short-sleeved jersey arrived which I hadn't even ordered! I demanded a refund and was told that their 'finance' department could not authorise such a big refund - it was £36! They just kept trying to offer me a paltry £3 refund and the chance to apply for VIP membership ... as if I would ever order from this company again. I am now going down the route of trying to claim my money back through my credit card company and reporting this company as fraudulent. I think they know exactly what they are doing and are nothing more than a bunch of scammers. It's a shame their website makes them look authentically British - do not be fooled by this!

Purchassed football shirt for Christmas, Received but they sent wrong size! Haveing trouble returning for refund even though site says 100 day refund.
Been offered 10% off if I keep.

Appauling customer service, ordered football kit 6th Dec, still waiting for delivery, just keep being told to be patient. Definitely not going to arrive for Christmas, very disappointing, would not recommend.

This is NOT a British company. I only bought an item because of the co.uk URL but alas it is a Chinese site trying to look like British.
I am still waiting for my item as it is being shipped from China.
The lesson i learnt was always research and read reviews of all online companies before you buy from them

Order took a couple of weeks to arrive. They sent the wrong size. I had been give a WhatsApp number to contact them when chasing the delivery so complained and asked for correct size to be sent out. They had me several options (all included placing another order with various free add ons), the one thing they said they couldn’t do though was just send me the correct product/size I ordered. Very poor . Avoid!

Ordered football shirts in time for Christmas. Nothing has happened since the order confirmation at the time of purchase. I have send 5 chasing emails enquiring where in the processing / shipping process this order has got to given it needs to be here next week. I have had a reply to say 'please be patient' but no update on the order. Seems unlikely it is going to arrive given it has not been processed. Some communication with an update would help me make alternative arrangements or cancel the order but they are now simply not replying.
