Awful experience ordering with them took 3 month to get a tracksuit and when I did the fit and material was horrible and when I sent it back for a refund there trying to not give me my full refund back coz of 3 dog hairs on the trousers absolute joke would never order and would tell friends to avoid tho company at all costs
Only order if you can wait
If you are okay with waiting a long time (and sending lots of emails for your order) you can purchase from here, because honestly the wait is worth it. I had an order I was waiting for for 2 months exactly and I was worried I got scammed and I sent countless emails and had to comment on their social media to get a response, but finally after 2 months my package arrived and I can say that the quality of the clothing is beautiful. If the customer service and shipping times weren’t so bad this company would honestly flourish but the wait was worth it! Thank you for finally sending me my order!!

One massive scam. Placed an order on the 20th of august. I received a tracking link over a month later but 0 update. Ive emailed many times and michelle promises the order is on the way each time. I havent received the order almost 2months later. Avoid this company. SCAM

SCAM company waited over a month for an item that was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 working days never arrived when you email you are fobbed off with constant delay tactics and the story changes every time you then just get ignored. I’ve had to file a dispute in order to get my money back. I wish I had seen all of these terrible reviews prior to purchasing, my son really wanted this tracksuit and is very disappointed to not get it. I do not recommend this company. They lie and are scamming people, highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs SCAMMERS
Bad Timing
Took over a month for an order to arrive. When complaining about the delay they promised an extra item which never arrived lol

I had problems ordering as I purchased the vvs tracksuit and didn’t state that it was pre order but luckily I had Michelle to help me and change the address and she managed it like a star and when I emailed she emailed back within hours and was on the ball.

Unpleasant experience, money lost
I had a very unpleasant experience with this salon last week. I booked last minute cut and blow dry with Stella via Treatwell (also don’t use this app!) Booked literally a few minutes before I came in, prepaid via the app. The lady informed me that since I booked it for medium hair but my hair is long I will have to pay more which I wasn’t happy to do. The attitude of this woman was truly shocking, she was dismissive and unfriendly from the start. Not a person who should work in customer service. Barely looked at me , didn’t try to discuss anything or keep me happy as a client. She said i could cancel via the app and get the refund.
Never got the refund, £60 out of the window. Neither treatwell or Fyre salon has any solution. I do believe the salon didn’t get my money either but I was very disappointed with how I was spoken to and I’m sure there was a better way to deal with the situation from the start. Do not go there, so many options around… no wonder the place is empty all the time.

I would give zero. Payment taken yet Item still not dispatched 5 days later. I did politely ask for an update, and was advised my request has been sent to higher management why? When I've paid for an in stock item UK delivery.
I am still waiting for my order to be dispatched have requested a refund no response yet.
I am now escalating to citizens advice trading standards. I urge others to do the same with similar experiences. Its unfair when your a genuine customer to be treated in such a manner, this is my hard working money. I respect your business and show support I only expect the same and to have what I paid for.

PLEASE trust the negative reviews on here don't become a victim to this company use your hard earned money else where. This was a gift for my teenage son disappointing.
