SCAM company!

Do not order from them. They delivered two items (after 4 months); said they have refunded the 3rd item - which is a complete lie. They do not respond on Insta either. Disgusting and despicable people.

Do not buy from this company..!!!! took over 3 months to deliver when the item was no longer needed. Multiple emails with no response, when they did eventually respond it was only to say we have the order. Sent multiple emails asking for return and refund only to be ignored.. Avoid!!

My emails were ignored, no refund or order was received.

After waiting 3 months for the tracksuit it has finally arrived. and they have sent me the wrong tracksuit . i ordered the plain black tracksuit and it has come with bloody diamonds on it. not only is is ugly i had to wait 3 whole months for it.GIVE ME MY TRACKSUIT.

Placed an order mid December, now mid March and nothing. Asked for refund ... still nothing. They've stolen my money, literally stolen money from me.

I placed an order for the rhinestone hoodie order was placed Jan 4th 2025 with an initial turn around time of 2/3wks delivery … As time went by I started emailing the company wanting answers as to where my order was every time I wrote all I got was generic automated emails from someone called Elijah Mae in the end I asked for my money back all to no avail…. So I contacted my credit card company and raised a dispute.. my card company said they would speak to them and if no resolution was received they would refund but funny how one day later the order is on route with a tracking number from Royal Mail saying posted from Putney … I think this company is praying people think it’s a lost cause and write the money off ….. Please don’t complain to your card and get your money back ….

I placed an order for the VVS tracksuit, and I emailed a month after the purchase date, asking for an update, to which I was told the site are undergoing maintenance. Two months have passed since this was reported and I am yet to receive an update, reaching out via multiple channels. I need a refund or at least, to receive my order.

Shocking!!

Ordered beginning of December and told 2-3 weeks. It’s now 27th Jan and no items have arrived. Have asked for a refund but emails been ignored. Scam!!

Do not trust this company!

This is a terrible business!
Made order on 2nd of December 2024 was advised it would be 3-4 weeks. Was then told my order hadn’t been received but I had an order number as it was 100% taken out of my account! After lots of ignored emails from Fyre Collective I put in a dispute with my bank and a week after which was the today I received the tracksuit without the hat!!!
Not sure if my bank pushed for a refund and they sent it or what.
I would NEVER make a purchase from here again!

Ordered items started of December for Xmas to then be told up to 4 weeks delivery, Xmas comes and goes, new year passes, well into first week of Jan and nothing, company doesn’t reply to emails, tracking doesn’t show anything even dispatched, luckily I paid through PayPal and out a claim in and surprise surprise I get a message to say it’s been dispatched and I will have it soon, a week passes then two and nothing, no tracking still, no order, so PayPal pay me out, avoid this company at all costs they’re a complete scam and waste of time.

ZERO STARS -SCAM SCAM!! seems like the odd few customers get the order but the majority not!! I was promised a refund after 3 months for 2 items, nearly £200 of my sons money and now 6 months on, nothing!! I’m not getting any responses from them. This is now being escalated to trading standards, horrible company, scamming mostly kids I would imagine! Shame on you!! DO NO BUY!!!

Awful pls be aware this company seems to be a scam, my daughter ordered a tracksuit and it took 3 months to come, it was stunning so I ordered one. I ordered October 4th and she also ordered one again. Neither have appeared. All emails are ignored. She’s taken up the issue with her bank and myself with PayPal, they don’t answer any emails at all and judging by other reviews it’s pot luck if you get your order. I’m hoping PayPal will settle the dispute

VVS tracksuit is amazing, very high quality and fits nicely. Took a little while to come but can be expected from an up and coming brand with lots of orders in a short time period.

Loved the clothes quality they shipped quick

Excellent delivery time, clothing was extremely comfortable I even ended up getting a tracksuit for my son for Christmas. Really like the designs and material and will definitely be purchasing from fyre collective again. EXCELLENT!

I would rate zero but I can't! Emailed about 8 times to cancel order as it's taking too long. Elijah from customer service sends generic email sorry it's taken so long to reply your order is a pre-order! I don't want the item. I want it cancelled and this has been ignored in all my emails. Never stated it would take 4 weeks otherwise I would of never bothered. Absolute joke this company. All I want is a refund and to never have to deal with you again!

Hoody was delivered by Royal mail and left in bin, contacted Elijah said has nothing to do with them! Reached out to Royal mail advise the sender needs to reach out which they are refusing! Was offered 20% partial refund on the 23rd Dec for the wait. Still.not processed! Absolute joke! False promises made.

i’ve been shopping online since covid hit and i have to state that this is the best experience i’ve had so far. from customer service to the moment I received my clothing, everything was on point.

and btw, this is some of the best material that I have tried for clothing

DO NOT order from this company ordered a tracksuit from here recived no confirmation or anything when looking on the website it saying company is shut and has not payed taxes. lost £130 and recived no tracksuit definitely do no order from here
