Overal the experience with fxify is…
Overal the experience with fxify is good. Prices are good and the user experience aswell. The only thing I would say is bothering me a bit is that they advertise the review of the payout takes about 1 to 3 business days while i requested the payout 1 week ago (10th of april) and haven’t heard anything of them since. Also after reaching out to CS multiple times. In the meanwhile trading is suspended which could be solved by putting the withdrawal amount in escrow untill review is finished. Hope all will be solved soon so I can follow up with a 5 star review next time. 8034442

Regarding your payout, we completely understand how the timing may have felt longer than expected. Your request was submitted around the Easter holiday period, where bank holidays (Friday 10th and Monday 13th) meant our payment team was not operating. Your Rise onboarding email was sent on Monday 13th, and from that point, the standard processing timeframe of 3–5 business days applies.
We appreciate your patience while this is being completed, and we’re confident everything will be finalized smoothly very soon.

The request was submitted during the Easter holiday period (Catholic and Orthodox), which can affect processing times, yet it was still handled within normal working hours.
Given that the payout was processed correctly and within the stated timeline, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the service provided.
