Despite having funded accounts before

Despite having funded accounts before, being already verified by on the platform and by Rise, recently it takes too long to get a funded account activated and ready after passing the challenge and signing contacts. It has been four working days already since I've passed and signed and still my account is disabled(weekends not included).

I used to get accounts ready to trade almost instantly before. Now I feel like their standards have dropped with both payouts and issuing funded accounts. I do hope this improves soon as I have recommended this firm to others and I would hate for them to experience this on my recommendation.

I will update again when I get the account enabled.

Stay away from FXIFY ... Extremely poor technical support and denial problems

I have 3 accounts with FXIFY. 1831342, 1831382 and 1832753 for at least 3 months now. Since FXIFY promoted to the moon on using TradingView platform via Alchemy Markets (Broker) so all my 3 accounts were purchased with the platform.
Since day 1, it was horrible experience after connected to Alchemy, randomly my login get disconnected and I have to keep clearing the caches or restart TV in order to relogin again. Sometimes even worse, no matter how, you wont be able to login till next day.
Recent 2 weeks were getting worse, the data fee from Alchemy kept stopping ... u can plenty of gaps in the chart.
Submitted ticket few time, and the environment is not tradeable so I ask for migrating me to MT5. Instead of helping, FXIFY just like another crap Prop firm, pushing all problems back to me e.g. using VPN etc which I never use.
Luckily, the 3 accounts are small accounts. So, please stay away from FXIFY. Support is sucked and having instable trading Infrastructure.
FXIFY, if you serious having issue with providing TV as trading platform, suggest u take it down.
Btw, I also have another account with Fintokei trading under TV (Purple Trading broker) and I dont face the issues like you have. So, clearly you are really pushing away responsibility

UPDATE after FXIFY replied:

See their denying response. I've helped them troubleshoot their problems and obviously problems from them as I already provided evidence that I run TV with my Fintokei account with no issue.

Following a thorough review, we can confirm that both our integration and the connection with our broker partner are operating as expected, with no underlying issues detected on our side. While isolated connectivity or data display issues can occasionally occur due to external factors (such as local network conditions, browser environment, or device-related settings), these are not indicative of a platform-wide problem.

We also understand your request to migrate to MT5. However, as communicated, once an account has been activated and trading activity has taken place, it cannot be transferred to a different platform, as the platform choice is fixed at the time of purchase.

That said, we do take all feedback seriously and are always here to assist in troubleshooting any issues you may face.
