I am impressed with the comprehensive…

I am impressed with the comprehensive and detail of the process and i have learnt a lot about how future tecah and microsoft related , I am aware because of previous experience of remote hacking and viruses on my phone which make me as a user and with the reprsentative are speaking in foreign accent making very difficult to understand clearly what is intended.
