It was recommended that I update my current plan, which had another year of coverage but the sales person said that it might be compromised so I agreed to buy another three year plan. What happened to my third year of coverage on my old plan? I lost a year of coverage with no refund.

The polite patience and competence of Ryan Green and James De Costa were unbelievable.
