We've been with Future Assist for some years now and our experience in dealing with many different people at Future Assist has always been positive and helpful. Our latest Annual Review and Roadmap check with Tim was no exception to this.

Tim is a great listener, and has a couple of great stories to share himself, so it was a very comfortable first meeting with each other, to discuss our financial, superannuation and retirement path.

As with all our dealings with Future Assist, it is never a cookie-cutter approach. Tim was keen to listen and we can see he fully grasped our situation, which does have a few spinning plates going on, so not althogether in the 'simple state of affairs' category.

Tim was not put off by the complexities at all, and we left the meeting with a feeling that he had a full understanding of our position. This was borne out by the immediately received follow-up summary of our meeting.

This gives Tim the information to hand on to a Future Assist adviser for specific advice, who will have a great knowledge of our current situation when we meet, and it means we're not having to repeat ourselves to a new person.

We have found Simon very easy to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. Simon is thorough during the Review Process, and after, ensuring that all actions are completed. And he isn't at all cross even after the cazillionth time that he is following up on something we still haven't done for him :) Simon keeps us on task as best as he can.

Simon is amazing at what he does. He is quick to action any enquiries, keeps us in the loop and explains everything in a way that is clear for us non financial types. Simon is also very friendly and approachable which makes communicating with him easy and uncomplicated.

Simon is new to working with me but he understood what I'm wanting for my Super. He was able to give me ideas on how to move forward while being ethical.

Prior to speaking with Simon Cannon this week no one at Future Assist had mentioned that an interest rate reduction was a possibility at this time. Yet today he managed one for me of almost 2%.
