Scam artists. Assured of payment of import fees to UK if I bought from them. Did not respond to repeated attempts to get them to honour their commitment. Avoid this company. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
not a great start for a eagerly awaiting work transportation
i ordered the Engwe EP Pro 2 electric bike on the 21st December and received it on the 28th. Assembled it later that day only to find that the charger supplied did not fit into the port. i swiftly sent an email to the customer services team who required video proof. the bike serial number and my order number - resolution: they agreed to send me a new charger once a bike engineer has had a look at the evidence i provided. i specifically queried whether the 7 days return policy or 18 month warranty will not be activated until i get the correct fitting charger as the bike is currently unfit for purpose, yet this question continually gets ignored by the customer service team responders. Not a great start as i was eagerly waiting to use my new mode of transport for work, however if they (Futraide) quickly remedy this issues then ill gladly go higher with the rating.

I ordered a bike 20 days ago. In the begining they claimed in the website that the had stock so in terms of 3-5 days for processing and 2-5 for shipping. Well, at the begining after 10 days I asked for the bike bc in the website the status was "In progress". So I contacted with the service. No answer so far about the bike, so after keep trying they said that an issue with my address occured so I had to tell a second one (An error with an address from Google, pretty weird). They told me that the bike would be sent 2 days after that. Few days later still "In progress" order, so I was again trying to get some news. This time they said that a problem with the magazem occured and the arrangement of the bike would take longer. I cancelled order, they tried to convince me of avoiding going through PayPal dispute but luckily I did not. After more than 20 days I got back my money and I will never go back to them. Hope this will help some of you bc in my case I was checking only this website and everything looked weirdly normal but when the situation occured I checked Facebook and different websites and this is a very normal behaviour when dealing with DropShippers from China. Please consider this before!

I recently purchased an ebike from Futuraride. They stocked the bike I wanted at a very good price. I placed an order for the bike and a set of mudguards. Then Futuraride kindly got in touch with me to inform me the bike actually came with mudguards. They were happy to change my order and refund mudguards. The bike was delivered in good time and I am very happy with my purchase.

Fido M1 Pro
After doing a bit of research i chose a Fido M1 pro. And Im glad I did . Excellent value for money and does exactly what it needs to . The transaction itself was a bit tricky and I was unable to pay by PayPal and after 2 days of webchat I gave up . That being said when I paid by Debit Card the transaction went smoothly.The bike itself arrived quickly and was well packaged . Assembling it was straightforward and didnt take too long. Ive had no trouble at all with it so far and would definitely recommend the product . Really pleased with it and the service received.

Bike is great I use mainly on throttle due to needing hips replacement very sturdy and I get 28 miles with it before needing charging but I am 20 stone so I think this is very good I had the bright orange colour and it looks great a real head turner the delivery was prompt and the build was very easy needed two people as I struggled to hold and place bolts due to my balance issue all in all a very well priced bike with exerlant build

Fabulous bike and great price
Had a few problems re the delivery (it should have arrived Wednesday but didn't get here until Friday) but other than that I'm happy with the service and the Engwe Pro is exactly as described. Not been 'out, out' on it as yet but on a quick round the block I was impressed. Its got some proper pull, the seat looks like its going to be comfy, good suspension, looks like a beast.
My only negative comment so far are that it weighs a LOT and that it's hard to handle when in its folded position. It falls all over the show, but I'm not used to it yet, this will likely get easier with time. Yes, so great product, great price and great company. Can't wait to get out on it now!
