Chinese dropshipper
The lamp is a generic product dropshipped from China. The product photos on the website show an organic, clay-like texture, but the actual item has a cheap, smooth plastic surface that looks nothing like what was advertised.
They even provide a tracking number that ends with 'UK,' but this is not a valid Royal Mail tracking number and returns no results when searched. A quick reverse image search reveals that the same product is sold on AliExpress for a quarter of the price.
I should have done my research before buying, but the misleading photos and fake tracking number are clear red flags.

Really lovely products! We order 6 lights from these guys are they truned up as great as the photos. Unfortunatley one unit was faulty but Furnoo offered to replace this straight away without any fuss. I would recommend these guys.
