i had some queries but account passing and dashboard update . FFF support Jay guide me so nicely and solve all my query

FFF Customer service is great!! They always responds quickly with all queries. Today, Nick from FFF helped me to get my account reset. He was very quick to respond!!

My representative, Tee, was simply awesome. Quick, efficient, and right to the point and successfully tended to my issues a lot faster than I would have expected it to be. Was very refreshing to not get the run around sometimes.

My first TIME WITH THIS PROFIRM AND IT'S kind of weird, 6 days earned and when I tried to make my first withdrawal, the platform glitches and they tell me it was Tradovate's fault, and I call Tradovate and they tell me they have no control over my operations and that I have to fix it with fff, meaning that they control Tradovate... not going back

I was having issues finishing the completion of my account as the code was not being sent and I contacted customer care and Tee had the matter rectified immediately. Very swift response time.

Supporting is quickly

FFF is working very well for me because it is seamlessly integrated with Wealthcharts and has eval and payout rules that are clear and achievable. Payout is fast - never more than a day or two. And most importantly, the support team responds quickly and is very knowledgeable. Fin does a great job responding immediately, then directing the concern to the right department. Nick quickly helped me when I accidentally bought a reset credit instead of resetting blown account directly, got me back to trading that account in no time. Most recently, Ash helped me understand why a payout wasn't being approved due to micro-scalping, and advised me on how to resolve it (which I did).

Only a review on their support. It was quick and Timothy sorted my issue very efficiently.

Technical glitches got sorted out pretty quick - shout out to Kenny who was patient and responsive to my dilemma.

I was alerted that there was a hedging violation and that my 5 $150k S2F accounts had been closed. I double checked my Tradovate order log to confirm because I didn't think I hedged. My Tradovate order log showed that there was no hedging. I sent them the logs proving that there was no hedging and explained that their system must have made an error. They ignored the evidence and completely blew me off. I had to file a chargeback with my bank.

I would be very careful with this site, they are not trustworthy. There are much more reputable prop firms out there.

*Update: I want to address the response from Funded Futures Family to my review. I contacted support directly, I was respectful, and I provided undeniable evidence that I did not break any rules. The support team disregarded the evidence that I provided, and they closed my ticket instead of doing a thorough investigation. If it was actually true that FFF takes these matter seriously, then the matter would have been resolved because it was very straight forward. They did not take accountability for their system's erroneous flagging of a legitimate trade, and instead closed the accounts that I paid good money for. And regarding the chargebacks, you did not honor your part of the agreement, therefore your terms and conditions mean nothing.

Great experience with this firm so far. Nice looking dashboard, prices are great and the customer service is amazing. Had a minor glitch trying to login at first but I contacted the live chat and Kenny sorted the problem asap!
