Passed My 25K Premier Evaluation, Then KYC Was Denied and Account Banned

I successfully passed a Funded Futures Family Premier 25K evaluation. Unfortunately, what happened afterward has been very disappointing.

When I tried to complete KYC verification through the FFF dashboard, the system repeatedly returned a 403 error and would not allow me to proceed.

I contacted support, and because the automated verification was not working, I was asked to go through a manual KYC process. FFF requested:

A printed and physically signed Verification Waiver
Two valid forms of identification
A clear selfie
Confirmation of my phone number
My billing address
A full, uncropped screenshot of the KYC error

I provided everything they requested.

My case was then escalated for further review. Later, support asked me to try the dashboard verification again. I did so, but the exact same 403 error remained. I sent them another full screenshot, and the case was escalated again to their senior team.

Eventually, I was informed that my KYC had been denied and that I would not be able to continue with FFF.

Initially, I was not given a specific reason. After I requested further clarification and asked for the case to be escalated again, I was eventually told that the reasons were that my address was considered “not a real address” and that my name did not match through their verification checks. I was also told:

“The ban will remain.”

What is particularly frustrating is that I had already successfully passed the Premier 25K evaluation and cooperated with every verification request, including providing two forms of identification and completing their manual verification procedure.

I understand that prop firms need strict KYC and compliance procedures, and I am not asking them to bypass those requirements. However, when a customer is denied after passing an evaluation, I believe they should receive a clear explanation of exactly what information failed verification and, where appropriate, an opportunity to provide official documentation to correct a genuine verification issue.

I am sharing my experience so that other international traders are aware that passing the evaluation does not necessarily mean you will successfully complete the subsequent KYC process.

Can't recommend this prop, lots of red flags.

their customer service is so fast i had an issue with my market data and all I had to do is text them and i was immediately talking to somebody and BHADMUS resolved the issue with in 10 mins
