I ordered a car part from Fruugo that…
I ordered a car part from Fruugo that not only took weeks to arrive but when it did arrive it was for a left hand drive car which is useless on a UK car as we have right hand drive cars and this fact was not advertised. I requested to return the part for a refund and was sent the address in China and had to send the part by registered post costing £35 to return an £85 part which I reluctantly did, however this turned out not only to be a waste of money but also a waste of time as Fruugo are now ignoring all my emails so I have now contacted my bank to see if they can help.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FRUUGO AS THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY

Fruuggo allows sellers with no stock to…
Fruugo allows sellers with no stock to sell you items at twice the price and then these con artist sellers buy the stock from a reputable seller for half the price and then sell it to you. Only problem is, is it they can't buy your order from a cheaper seller, you have to wait forever to get your order if ever. Avoid fruugo they are a business that only cares about profit and not customer satisfaction. Shop with Amazon and have a much better experience.

I have not received my order made and paied on 23 July. No email and a blockek parcel tracking on that day. I would know the matter. A week ago, I comunicated to Fruugo and they said to attend 72 hours. I have no received further updates
