I received a friendly & respectful reply, making for a good impression of the company. I will sleep on the decision, as money does not grow on trees!

Almost instant results! Amazing!

While the face scrub is unique to traditional scrubs I’ve used in the past, I actually love it! Smells like the earth too 😊 Then I’ve been using the hand balm and my skin feels fabulous. Helping with hang nails and the like. Off label use- my son chews his fingers a lot and so I’ve been using the balm to help his skin heal, but it’s also helped him stop chewing his fingers! I’m thrilled and will continue purchasing 😊

Like many, I was sceptical but I have been massively impressed with their products. I initially tried the Rosacea balm and saw noticeable improvement the following day. After several weeks I purchased the glow day balm which has been great on my skin and did not cause a flare up in my rosacea.
I’ve just received their hair system too - part of me bought it thinking that their hair products can’t be as good as their face creams but I was wrong! I have greasy hair and thought this might be like many other hair products (both natural and not!) which make my hair more greasy - but no! I’ve used it twice and my hair has never looked and felt so clean and natural. I love these products.
Delivery has been fine too.

I just love the way it makes my old wrinkled skin feel!! Makes it soft. The face scrub works well on some whiteheads I have on my chin. Seems to smooth them down so they are hardly noticeable. This is the best product I have tried compared to the other “miracle workers” advertised on tv. No gimmicks. Just good unique skin care. Thank you Line for such an amazing product!

This meetup turned out to be one of the best I ever attended.
It felt cozy and super nice- Line tried to welcome everyone and the people showing up were all kind and friendly,
AND at the same time it was high level organisation, yummy food and interesting conversation around skincare and wellbeing.

I absolutely LOVE these skincare products and plan to continue using them. However, I recently had an unpleasant experience when I realized I had been placed on a subscription that was not evident to me at the time of purchase. I really don’t like when that happens, and it left me feeling frustrated.
What made the difference was Ale. Most companies would simply recite their policies and leave it at that, but Ale really took the time to listen, help me resolve the issue, and make me feel valued as a customer. I felt genuinely cared for, and that means so much.

I truly love how well the Froya products work, but after a while, my skin started having a reaction (I tend to have this problem with many products). I thought I canceled my subscription, but apparently did not. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and allowed me to return my unopened order for a refund. They were kind and helpful through the whole process! I highly recommend their products!

Team was able to cancel an automatic order I didn’t need. Usually companies are too slow to help with this before it’s too late, so I’m very pleased Frøya was so responsive.

Love the product! - a little goes a long way- I find it moisturizing and it has definitely softened some bothersome lines and creases around my eyes and mouth-happy to see it is organic too
ADDED BONUS- It helps me to sleep more soundly and longer than if I don't use it at night. Have you had that feedback from any other consumer?
