Came to the restaurant to have a brunch but once again I must say it’s utterly disappointing . Ordered coronation chicken baked potato and an extra hot latte. Well u can never say the state of it until u are served. Quantities are do much smaller , potato was burnt , there were hardly any fillings on them and rather cold latte. It’s always hit and miss with food and drinks. Prices are always going up but food standard tremendously gone down hence given 1 star. Very very disappointing!!

Very disappointed with the Blue Diamond menu.
After being a customer of Frosts lunchtime cafe for the past 20 years serving fresh food at a reasonable price my wife was served with a tasteless burger which was tough & I was served with fish which had a thin soggy covering (was meant to be batter) & cardboard chips which we were unable to finish it was so bad. The manageress was extremely apologetic & gave us a choice of cakes at no extra cost which was a nice effort but unfortunately we will not be going back as we are lucky that we have so many alternative lunch venues in Milton Keynes with a higher standard of food. Sad after 20 years, the only thing I know that has changed is that they have been bought out by Blue Diamond garden centers who are the biggest garden chain in the UK who must have their own food suppliers which obviously are not of the same standard as the family owned Frosts.

What has gone so wrong with Frosts? Haven’t been for a few months and decided to go for lunch and a mooch about- barely any stock - the restaurant was fairly busy but we were terribly disappointed- staff not very friendly, food was awful- supposedly Cajun chicken and halloumi ciabatta - no Cajun spice and no salad very poor.
We all agreed we won’t go back - overpriced and underwhelming
We went for Lunch at Frosts .. we could not believe how bad the restaurant has become ...
Very limited menue ..
My lunch was tempid at best ..
Peas seemed to be a mixed of yesterday's and today's mixed together...
We will NOT be coming back to eat here ..
Very sad as used to be such a lovely place ...
I have seen the Reply from Frosts ... who asked for my phone number so they could contact me ..

Was booked on a Christmas tree course, they called me last night at 5.30 and no one spoke. They have my email address also. This morning I got a call from them to tell me the person was sick at 8.30am. Quite honestly their service was disgusting as they could have emailed me last night as they obviously knew. I emailed and complained. They said they had called me twice yesterday, which is not true I had no missed calls and apparently they sent an email, funny that no email from them either. The staff do not give a damn that we lost two days holiday when had they emailed me we could have changed that.
Would never book with them again...

Straightforward ordering of manure for delivery. Delivery was prompt, by two pleasant staff, who wheeled the manure to where we wanted it. All done perfectly thank you.

Very friendly environment. A wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants and gardening tools. There are fruits, vegetables and many other farm products too.

Great purchase and delivery of 21 bags of compost. The delivery procedure was well informed and efficient. The delivery guys were excellent and delivered all the bags through and to the back of my garden. Not just a curb side drop.
Great friendly service.

Dogs barking in the restaurant.
Luke warm coffee.
Difficult to manoeuvre a wheel chair through the closely packed displays. 5 members of staff just stood and watched whilst I was trying to get a wheelchair to the tills because a Xmas tree was in the way. The old woman (Pauline) who served us was a total misery and unhelpful.
Shan’t be returning.

Visited the Woburn centre on a quiet Sunday morning. Easy to find, good parking. Very large site with departments spread out and independent retailers as part of that. We also went to the restaurant area which was huge and lots of areas to sit. Very clean and seating well arranged. Plenty to choose from menu and cake selection. Unfortunately this was all let down but poor management of the area..I was given the wrong information when entering the restaurant which, although dealt with promptly and professionally by (I assume) a senior member of staff, caused embarrassment.
Staff at the centre checkout were miserable and poor engagement with customers. We encountered a few members of staff throughout the centre who were restocking sleeves etc, who were also lacking in morale and general customer service. This wasn't just staff of Frosts, as the members of staff in the Pet Centre were just as unmotivated to engage with anyone.
Hopefully we just got the centre on a bad day and this isn't the usually vibe. But we won't be back in a hurry and will stick to garden centres that offer a more friendly and enjoyable experience. It's a shame.

The table was delivered assembled. We were assured the delivery team would be able to take the legs off in order to access the garden. They just left the table in the front garden. There was also a bolt missing from the table, which couldn’t be properly secured without all the bolts. It was fortunate my husband was at home to deal with it as I have vertigo and am recovering from a fractured spine, but he has a mountain of logs to move and hadn’t factored this into his schedule! . We’ve had to source someone to help move it. I’m completely disillusioned with the whole situation. Friday 13th!!!!!
Edit
THE SITUATION WAS RESOLVED, BUT NOT WITHOUT SEVERAL COMMUNICATIONS INITIATED BY ME. THE TWO GUYS WHO DELIVERED WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE TABLE IS IN PLACE. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM FROSTS IN THE FUTURE.

Went to Frosts at Woburn Sands today ( 3rd Sept 2024 ) for lunch about 13:00 hrs.
I am not keen on Frosts menu and ordered a Frosts Beef Burger without the gherkin and cold slaw )
So was served a dried/overcooked burger, half a lettuce leaf and less than half a tomato.
It easy the worst meal I have ever had and at a cost of over £13 was unbelievable.
Decided I would have a cup of tea. Frost ALWAYS use weak tea bags so I asked the cashier if she could put in an extra tea bag.
No.problem was the reply but it would cost me an extra £0.90 pence..I naturally said ..no way.
So overall experience very poor and will probably never use Frosts restaurant again unless I can get a bank loan to pay for it.
