There was an issue with your order entry system. I am still waiting for a Cushion Box Cover. I have called numerous times and waiting for a return call with an update and the delivery of the item.

The company quickly reported that the fabric involved was unavailable and made it easy to request a different fabric. The product then was delivered quickly.

I had an excellent experience with Frontera from the first phone call to the last. The staff was professional, knew their products and made it easy for me to order what I required. On top of that, the product arrived four weeks early and was installed without a problem. Can you ask for anything more? I plan to order additional products from them in the future.

Frontera went above and beyond to get my patio furniture to me in a timely manner. Maggie and Gina (not sure of spelling) did an outstanding job working with Estes (the shipping company) to resolve shipping issues that arose. Their personal attention to my furniture order was very much appreciated. I love the Kingsley and Bates furniture that I purchased!!

I was in need of a product quicker than the standard shipping. The customer service line was helpful and contacted the distributer to overnight the product to me. I was ordering two of a teak stain. Everything worked out great except that they sent me two different colors or stain :( We were able to mix them, so it worked out alright. I was extremely happy with the customer service however to rush the products to me.

Table was easy to put together and almost matched my other teak table in color.

The chair looks nice and was easy to assemble, especially with the assembly video on the website...

We invested in Kingsley Bate teak furniture over 20 years ago. First of all I'd like to state that this furniture line lasts FOREVER! It can be cleaned and made new year after year. However, because we live in a high wind area we have lost a couple chairs due to extreme wind bashing. That's where Frontera comes in. We've been able to replace said chairs even though the style is older. They are prompt with their service and shipping. Glad they are here!

I was a bit worried about buying rockers online without having tried them out (for comfort, durability, etc.), but I am very pleased with my purchase. Straightforward assembly and nice looking chairs. I had one issue with the wood splitting on the seat, but the customer service shipped a replacement the same day. Top notch all the way around.

I ordered two of their "World's Finest Rockers" and received them in a short time. I assembled the first one with no problems, but when I opened the second box, the glue bottle had been punctured and glue filled the small bag the hardware was in. The hardware was rusted and glued together into an unusable mess. I sent photos of the problem to Frontera Customer Service via email and received a reply within a very short time apologizing for the problem. This was a Thursday night and I explained that I was hoping to have the chairs assembled in time for my wife's birthday on Monday. Frontera shipped a new hardware package Friday and I received it Saturday. The Customer Service rep even passed along Happy Birthday wishes to my wife. As I said in the title, "EXEMPLARY!"

Purchased 4 of the Worlds Finest Rockers and a side table after looking at other rocking chairs carried by local stores and reviewing other website choices over a few month period. The chairs arrived on the scheduled date at the local UPS store which enabled pickup and delivery on my wife's birthday. Assembly was fairly straight forward until attaching the last two pieces, which are the runners. Stripped 3 Allen head wood screws trying to attach these. Same problem on all 4 chairs, so I re-drilled the holes for the screws and soaped the screw threads which worked but was still quite an effort to get these long screws installed. Attaching the runners took as long as the entire rest of the assembly for each chair.

Chairs look great and are very comfortable. We have used them just about every day since I completed assembly. Would recommend these to anyone interested in a quality rocker. Very happy with the chairs and the purchase (but suggest Frontera address the assembly issue above).

I ordered a teak bench. and it came almost immediately. They sent simple instructions and all the pieces necessary for assembly. The finished product is solid as a rock and worth every penny I paid. Having used an identical bench at our local riverside park for many years, I'm fairly sure that my new bench will outlast me.
