We have purchased several pieces from Amish Outlet store over the years and have always been very satisfied until we purchased 3 items most recently at a cost of about $7,000. The construction of the pieces met the standards we were used to but the stain on all 3 pieces is uneven, and looks rushed, nothing like a previous piece that we had purchased in the same wood and stain previously. Thus our extreme disappointment. I've felt there is nothing I could do except share this comment because we waited several months for these items and they were shipped across the country to California. Just disappointed.

The young lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. The gentleman who actually reviewed my quote was very patient and answered my multitude of questions without rushing me. He helped me understand my options and how the ordering process works. Great people! I know I made the right decision to by from this establishment.

Extreemly well made furniture. Solid wood. Fine hardware. A real human handles each order to make sure the details are correct.

Delivery was a day earlier than expected. Driver called from Cape Cod and said they could be at my home in about 2 hours with traffic. Right on time. Easy delivery. Chairs are perfect. I was able to customize my order, which was very important due to the limited size of my living room and the type and size of furniture in it. Customer service contacted me to verify my order and confirm that the requested modifications could be made. The finish product was very impressive when it arrived. The workmanship was clearly superior. The product that I ordered was a wedge-shaped end table that I needed to fit between my sofa and reclining leather chair, and a place where I could set a lamp. Since the leather chair is placed at an angle to face the entertainment center, a wedge-shaped end table was what I needed to fill the space between the chair and the sofa.

We have ordered several pieces (products) from the AmishOutletStore and have to say it is Excellent Quality, Excellent Craftsmanship, and Excellent Furniture. We could not be happier with any of the four pieces we have already ordered. Beautiful!

I've been waiting for a desk I ordered and paid half for since Sept. 3 2021. I was first told it would take six months, then eight moths and now ten to eleven months. Who knows what they'll say then? If I had not had to pay half in advance I would have long ago cancelled my order and just gotten a desk locally.
Be prepared to wait and wait and wait.
