Can't recommend highly enough, amazing products and the best customer service i have ever encountered.

Cannot recommend Freshly Fermented highly enough.

The products are really well packaged and presented, their delivery times are fantastic and, for or a first time user, their guides are really straightforward to follow.

However, where they really come in to their own is with their customer service. I ran into issues with my first ever batch of kombucha, and their online support was exceptional - particularly Dave - answering all my questions and either confirming I was doing the right thing or suggesting changes I needed to make.

I'm now still only four or five batches in but already drinking very fizzy and refreshing kombucha which has been secondary fermented into two bottles to trial two different flavours (rhubarb and ginger in one, raspberry and lime in the other).

The results are in both are fantastic; I can't wait to bottle my next batch and trial some more flavours.

And when they say to 'burp' the bottles daily, I can now see why! Explosive!! Definitely release the bottle cap sloooowly.

If you're thinking of giving kombucha a go, do, and definitely use Freshly Fermented.

Can highly recommend Freshly Fermented for both the quality of their products and speed of delivery . Beautiful packaged and very clear instructions to how to get your ferment going and to look after . 5 stars !!

Looking for a quality mushroom product I stumbled across Freshly Fermented. Wanting to understand more about the mushroom products they sell I got chatting to Dave via their online chat. He provided me with good detailed info and I decided to get the Organic 5-Mushroom-Blend Tincture. However it was out of stock online, but Dave went and looked in their stock room and found a few bottles to which he set one aside for me. Great customer service!
Product arrived a few days later to which so far I'm enjoying.

I bought a komboucha SCOBY from freshly fermented and was given a great deal of advice as I wanted to use my vast crop of frozen raspberries up using them as a flavour for my second ferment of komboucha. Dave took time to give me instructions and advice which I am really grateful for. The SCOBY was amazing. It has made the most delicious komboucha. I will only ever shop from freshly fermented for all things fermented. I'm very grateful for Dave going the extra mile to help me with my questions.

Great product, great company.
Ordered milk kefir grains via Amazon. They arrived with a note saying instructions were available on the Freshly Fermented website. The instructions were very detailed and accounted for every eventuality / scenario. The grains have been activated and are producing the best quality Kefir I have ever tasted.

Recently ordered some Lions Mane Caps and they landed the next day by 10am. Quick shipping, great product.

Order came really fast, and I loved how easy it was to track it all the way through. The UK-grown 5-Mushroom Blend tincture and pre-biotic fibre mix is seriously good quality — I’m already feeling a difference. They have loads of fermented starters too, so I’m looking forward to trying more in the near future. Customer service was brilliant as well, super quick to reply and really helpful with my questions. I ordered from Freshly Fermented and paid for the premium delivery option. The tracking claimed multiple failed attempts, but I was home, waiting, and never received any notice—no card, no knock, no message. I went to the Royal Mail office and confirmed the parcel wasn’t even there. I contacted the company, but the replies were slow and unhelpful. To this day, I still haven’t received the product or a refund. Poor handling, no accountability, and I’m left with nothing despite paying in full. I won’t be ordering again.

We bought the kefir grains. Great product, good instructions and superb customer service. If I could award 6 stars I would.

Had trouble getting my Water Kefir Grains to ferment.
E mailed company and Dave came straight back to me with all sorts of tips and useful info.

Freshly Fermented Fabulousness! I have tried all 6 sourdough starters and followed the online advice (it's super easy), and like all good things, patience is the best thing you can have, and your sourdough will thank you for it! David is incredible, invaluable and insightful. He's been on hand from the moment I placed the order. he also gave us a huge discount to help me achieve my goals so that we can get these products into the community and start helping those on low incomes.

We have ordered pretty much the whole website. Everything ordered and given is going well, but my main focus is the beautiful just now to make sure things don't go rye.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had problem with my first batch probably my mistake that I didn't keep the jar at recommended 21-27C. Spoke to Dave from customer service and he ordered a new Kpmbucha scoby for me and also gave instructions on how to preserve the one that I have. All this done on a Sunday afternoon. Truly impressed. Keep it up!

Absolutely amazing company!!! Received my kombucha Scooby and my kafir grains and they all work perfectly. Easy to follow instructions on the website. Absolutely shocking and rude customer service. They were trying to scam people by charging £999 for 15g of kefir grains, and when they were challenged, they had an almighty tantrum. Claimed it was a typo,but launched into a really rude and outrageous tirade, and it only got worse when I pointed out that their response was unnecessary. If you run into problems or dare to point our their errors, expect a really rude response. I note others have had a simular experience with this company. Avoid at all costs if you value honesty and good customer service.

Bought Ginger beer starter and it was Dead on Arrival.
I followed all instructions but nothing happened.
Gave up after three batches and contacted the company.
they gave advice but did not replace the faulty product.
Not happy with their service.
