Great product
Great product, however sub standard in understanding what customers need.
After ordering, no delivery date was given. After a couple of days I had to remind them to provide this information (although I would have expected the order being delivered already). Instead of an apology, I was blamed for the way I asked about when my ordered would be delivered. I still did not know when to expect delivery... We got used to day after or two days after delivery to receive our order with full updated info and track and trace. We prefer this way.

Hello Mario. Thanks for your review. It was actually you who sent us a very aggressive email one day after placing your order berating us as to how we should be running our business. Nowhere on our site does it mention next day delivery. You received your tracking code right away since this is generated automatically by our software. Sorry you didn't have the experience you expected. We didn't expect to get treated so poorly by a customer either.
