I use Fresha for my nail studio and their live chat support is super quick and helpful, I managed to clear up a question 20 mins - Edi was great and this is hopefully a sign of a great partnership in the future!

Quick help and able to speak to human agent not AI

I was locked out of my account because the second verification was being sent to our old salon whatsapp number . That number had been stolen. Llir was very helpful and not rushed and took the time to explain the problem as well as what I need to do it resolve it. Great customer service

I was messaging Diana because my wallet was in the red and I wanted to clear the amount owing . I mistakenly transferred and topped up my messaging instead . Been using Fresha for years (can't remember how many), and it has been a great experience. I have not had to contact support since everything been working fine, but this week I had a problem with a new feature that I had not used before, so I contacted support via the chat. The useless AI was... useless, but after I was connected to a real person, Ardi, he was able to solve my problem in under 5 minutes. Great app, and great support!

The application settings are not working correctly. After multiple attempts to change my work days and hours in the calendar, the system does not reflect correctly. Also, the likelihood of someone booking an appointment through this app is very low.
If you are expecting new clients and reservations through this app, I do not recommend it at all because it is almost impossible for anyone to book an appointment thanks to this platform.
