Purchased this so my disabled husband could contact me or family if needed when he went out. So far we have not used it as weather not permitting outside activity, but will be reassuring I am sure when we do need it. James was very helpful in setting the sos button up and answered any questions we had. Very good service. Thank you so much.

The sensor mat with remote pager which i ordered arrived the following day. it works well. However i think the item is grossly overproced, a great pity as people requiring such mats have one reason alone, whch is someone in the households serious illness. I feel a vast profit is being made from these rendering them unattainable for many who would benefit from buying one, less fortunate than myself. Not good for a health care product.

Excellent service, quick delivery

As I have recently become my mothers full time live in carer many things are difficult to deal with and wandering around her home during the night was one of them as unfortunately I didn't hear anything. A carer mentioned a pressure pad but as there is so much choice I telephoned Frequency Precision for some advice. The receptionist was very helpful and gave some great information.
I ordered on line and it arrived the next day - excellent service.
I am pleased to report that is a wonderful aid to a good nights sleep for myself as I now know that I will hear when my mother leaves her bed however deeply I sleep and it means that she is kept safe. Thank you.

The mat arrived within a day. It was very easy to set up and works well. Should help greatly in the care of my elderly Mum. This was probably the best wifi product for the purpose that I could find.

One button emergency phone with GPS
I came across this gadget when looking for a personal alarm for myself, I wanted something that I could use to alert someone easily with if, I needed help, after a fall or whatever. ( Having had several falls this summer)
Most alarms came with a costly monthly contract, (average around £260 to £290 a year) and were not always straight forward to use.
This gadget is amazing, when you push the button to get help, it rings your chosen phone number, if they do not answer fairly quickly it automatically goes to the next chosen number, and you can talk directly to the recipient, this alarm is a tiny mobile phone and GPS tracker..
That person can also check the GPS map that shows them exactly where you are, this would be showing on their mobile phone.
You can also be contacted directly on this alarm, as it has its own mobile number, particularly useful if someone is concerned about where you are, and that is another bonus.
I cannot praise it enough, it does the job, without a costly monthly bill, also it works away from home, with GPS etc. "it does what it says on the tin"
I also found James, at Frequency Precision so easy to talk to, if I got confused about how to do something, (not difficult at 86years) he explained about it and sorted it very quickly. Just a quick phone call.
The other thing that I was pleased with was that the instructions were very clear, and print a good size.
I just remembered, at a gently push of the button, it even tells you the time out loud.
All in all it does exactly what I want, for my. and my family's peace of mind.

I bought this for my nan as she has started getting out of bed and falling. The device is really east to set up and use. I'm so happy with how effective it is at picking up when she gets out of bed!

I purchased a fall alarm for an elderly relative. We had some issues with our mobile phones, used to receive the alarm. The team at FP were above and beyond in resolving the issues I was experiencing, leaving me confident that the product will promptly alert me should my relative fall. Highly recommend.

I received a call after ordering on line. The man told me he suspected I had ordered the wrong item and checked. He was right and the order was cancelled. I was given a link to the correct item which I then ordered after receiving a prompt refund. I was very impressed by the way this was spotted and handled. The item is easy to handle and set up, I am very pleased with my purchase.

the staff were very helpful but setting the thing up was a complete and utter waste of time and I bought another sim card too I will not be using it.

In theory device sounded just what we needed to give my 90 year old Mum peace of mind that family could respond to an SOS alert. Unfortunately the device spends more time on the charger than it does round Mum's neck! Charge does not last more than 12 hours so disappointed overall.

I bought a GPS tracker from Frequency Precision and it arrived very quickly and was well packaged. They were extremly helpfull when I put my sim card in it as I had to "activate it" by calling a number which of course the tracker had no keyboard. Nobody I knew had a SIM card from the same company that supplied the sim so I could not put it in their phone. The SIM card company were of no help, it took them 2 days to reply to an email and then they said I could activate it on-line which I could not as it still needed a phone to get a code they sent me. (I could not see it as I did not have a phone) However James from F.P. said he would buy an unlocked phone from Amazon and have it sent to me, which he did at no cost to me. I put the SIM card in the phone, dialled the activation number and the SIM was activated. Took it out of the phone and put it in the tracker and it worked perfectly. Sent the phone back to F.P.
F.P. were very helpful and went well beyond what I would have expected. I am very grateful to them an have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly use them again. S.J.P.
