I placed an order on 3/17/2023 and sent several emails requesting an update as to status of my order. I hadn’t heard back from the company for a month but later learned they were having server issues. They reached out and were able to provide me with an update as well as a credit. Hoping to work with them again soon!
I had made an order and total silence followed. I wrote asking for information and total silence continued. By coincidence (?), some hours after writing this I finally got news about my order... The small team apologised for the delay and even offered to reimburse the shipping fees. How unusual for a business to act this way. Therefore, 5 stars.
I loved the handwritten card & wrapping paper & attention to detail; the quality of the article (plush croissant) is perfectly lovely...will order again!
I would have given a better score except for the lack of information regarding delivery and the unanswered emails.
I cannot remember the date of my order so have simply added a date in August.
I always receive a great service from the staff at French Blossom, my go to place for gifts for nearly everyone! Choice items, well chosen from people with good taste. Thumbs up!
