​I had a wonderful experience ordering from Fleux. I placed an order from the UK to be sent to Italy, and the process was incredibly efficient.
​Delphine was so helpful and attentive. She organized everything beautifully within just four days, making sure the delivery was quick and easy. I am very impressed with the shop and their lovely customer service.
​Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant shopping experience!

TLDR

TLDR: Worst online and in-store experience.

I tried to use a gift card in store and was told I couldn’t. The main light I wanted wasn’t in stock either.

I then ordered online. Later I was told one item wasn’t in stock and asked if I wanted the rest shipped. Since the goal was to use the gift card, I had to cancel everything. The cancellation took about a week.

I placed a final order for a light with an estimated 3-week delivery time. Over a month later, I still haven’t received it and I’ve had no reply to my emails.

This was a €250 order meant as a birthday gift. The delays and lack of communication completely ruined it.

No stock accuracy, no communication, no reliability.

Note: the order is still not delivered by the time this review is posted, 103 days and counting.

Je regrette sincèrement les difficultés rencontrées avec votre carte cadeau, l'indisponibilité des articles commandés, ainsi que le délai de traitement de votre annulation. Il est tout aussi anormal que votre commande de luminaire, prévue pour un anniversaire, accuse un tel retard sans que vous n'ayez reçu de réponse à vos sollicitations.

Nous sommes conscients de la frustration causée par ces 103 jours d'attente et avons mis tout en œuvre pour rétablir la situation.

Very nice custmer service

The ordering process was very good and efficient. I can certainly feel the warmth from the custmer service. Although the package was not arrived in schdule, the service client Caroline was very kind and helpful, who issued the refund immediately after I provided the documents. I am grateful to her help.

Amazing service!

I want to thank Caroline deeply for being so nice and helpful. In july I bought a "lamp coquillage", a lamp that had been on my wishlist for a long time. However when I got home (in Iceland), I sadly found out that it wasn't working properly, as the shimmering glitter effect wasn't working. I was so disappointed and thought I couldn't do anything about it.

However, I decided to try at least to write an e-mail. To see if anything could be done. I felt Caroline trusted me, she asked for a video of the lamp, to confirm the error. Which I did. The same day I was told that they'd send a new lamp to ! Iceland !, the day after.

I'm thrilled and I look forward to receive the new lamp in next days.
