I would like to express my concern regarding the lack of communication about my shipment. Since it was picked up, I have not received any updates or tracking information regarding its status or estimated delivery time. This has left me uncertain about its whereabouts and expected arrival.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an update on the current status of my shipment. Clear and timely communication is essential, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.

Most carriers are able to provide tracking numbers only once the shipment has been picked up which is usually at the end of the day, once their drivers have returned to terminals, or the following morning once their systems are updated. Unfortuantely, prior to the order being picked up, we aren't able to provide tracking updates. With this particular order however, we have confirmed that the shipper actually rescheduled this with the carrier directly, which they did not inform us of. Due to this, we were not able to get tracking updates straight away, sadly. We highly suggest reaching out to us directly if any changes need to be made to the order as this assures that we will be able to check that the proper changes have been made as well as stay on top of all updates regarding your orders.

Freightera is pretty amazing
Freightera is pretty amazing. I have used it for probably 4 years now for big LTL shipments and they have saved me many hundreds of dollars on great shipping rates, and recently I have used them for heavy parcels shipping UPS and that has also been a great savings.
