I was looking for the trailer for 30 minutes because every time it is a different spot of a huge Ikea parking. I have spent 20 minutes calling their support number in Denmark (!!!) but nobody ever picked up

Great! Good trailer. I would use again
App worked fine. Easy booking and pick up process. Trailer was in good condition and fairly clean. Drop off process was similar to pick up: guided in the app with pictures. One slight irritation was that it was only possible to book slots starting on the hour when I wanted 30 mins past. Then the app started to stress me about being late. At 45 mins after the hour it would give a penalty charge (equal to the 3 hour usage charge)… Quite reasonable but I hope I would still be able to use the trailer for the remaining time in my reservation. I would definitely use again.
