I am glad to have found out about FraudLabs.

Just upgraded from Micro Plan to Small Plan. Hoping it will have some additional rules to use. All good so far.

This is one of the awesome tool i needed before, it helps me to detect fraudulent activities within my store.

I signed a contact with FraudLabs Pro to recover my money from the fraud platform goldenCFD.com. What they have done is to demand a fee in advance, 900 $, and to open on my name 2 bitcoin wallets. To the second wallet, which is slendidcoinhub.com, fraudlabs transfered a lot of money. Fraud labs told me, that this money is to my service. But to transfer this money to my privat accounts they want to have a horrible high fee. That means this splendigcoinhub wallet is for money laundering and fraud Labs is earning a lot of moneywith the transfer fees !!!beside their bonus fees!!! they woud get if recovery my invested money. So I can not recommend fraudLabs Pro: They are only busy in getting your money, and faudlabspro deliveres nothing beside a thank you for the money you send to them. I say its a cheating company. I can show you a "contract" and mails signed by FraudLabs Pro to show you the proof that Frudlabs Pro ist a fraud company

I have set rules in place but they were removed for some reason therefore since then i lost $850

Despite all the wild claims, this plug-in just scrapes a bunch of publicly available information from the transaction. It also misses some extremely simple things, like not catching if a zip code does not match the rest of the address. Also fails to properly bring in credit card transaction, such as AVS response codes.

This company also actively provides an incentive for people to leave a review here, by adding an extra rule to your account if you send them proof of a review, which is against the Trustpilot terms and conditions.

Best application to protect fraud hands down on the web...

FraudLabs's API provide our company a reliable and easy way to score purchases on our gateway. Really convenient.

This service seems a totally useless. I have had an attempted transaction flagged up 3 times as fraud. We are a RIPE registered LIR so our own allocated /22. Never understand why companies use 3rd party companies like this. Now taking my custom elsewhere so the fraud-labs client has lost €245 of monthly revenue

Fraudlabs is a great way to protect your business assets and also a good way to check if orders aren't what they seem to be. They have many different kinds of validation rules that you can customize depending on how strict you want it. I really recommend this service for small businesses that do a lot of online transactions!

FraudLabs Pro is excellent at stopping fraud for WHMCS based sites. The SMS verification is essential and really saved my partnership with my payment processor!

We have used their free plan service for over 2 years.
Right now we signup as the pro plan now.
Kind of a good system.
However, We would like to have more features.
They do not take suggestions at all...
I hope they could help us more about new features
