Great and fast service

The plugin saves us more than 10.000 of euros every month. We also get fast service and add an subscription to get more extra features. We are very happy with their services. In the past we were nearly closed by our payment provider because of a lot of fraud. Thanks to Fraudlabs it is solved right now.

great service, please monitor features better.

great service, better pricing then competition. Please make sure services always working though! Blacklist on wordpress was not working for a few weeks, but they fix it now. Please make sure someone is monitoring these features.

I never signed up for this

I didn’t sign up for this but received emails that I did and fraudlabs pro was very helpful in cancelling the account. Their responses were very swift!!

Essential services for e-commerce sites

Fraudlabs provides an essential service for e-commerce stores. The ability to have some level of fraud prevention in place is great for new stores. I can understand restricting the number of rules on the free version, just not the type of rules. I don't think restricting the rules helps a user to test the service.

Good plugin

Good plugin! Spent a lot of time looking for a plugin that would help me flag risky customers. I didn't want to block them, just wanted a warning if they were customers who flaked out on orders before, were unreachable etc and the app helps with that. Just started using it and I am happy so far. Would have appreciated some more monthly free validations
