My son used Franklins to Ship his family belongings from Germany back to Greater Manchester in the UK. They delivered his belongings in very good condition, exactly as he packaged them. Matty and Cameron S, who delivered the shipment to my house, were pleasant, polite and careful in their work including where they parked the vans.

Aiden and Jamie arrived today exactly on time, very professional they went around the house and asked what was being taken and got to work right away. They were in and out so efficiently and were very accommodating for the last minute random items. Bev In the office was also very helpful from start to finish. We are very satisfied our belongings will arrive in France without any problem and would recommend Franklins to everyone

We booked with Franklins to transport our furniture to Switzerland.
The process has been faultless from start to finish.
Bev who coordinates everything in the office was very informative and helpful throughout the paperwork side of the move. In the UK Isaac and Jamie collected our items. They took such good care packing and covering things and did an absolutely brilliant job getting our stuff loaded on the van, timing has also been impeccable. Advised collection would be between 10-12 and they arrived just after 10. Both polite and felt very comfortable with them.
We have now received our shipment 5 days after collection, everything has arrived. The lads dropping off Zak and Daz were both brilliant. Put things in the rooms we asked and we fantastic even in the heat.
Would absolutely recommend this company for international moves and we have been so happy with the service we have received. 5* and very happy customers. Thank you.

The customer service was outstanding. Bev was very friendly and always available. She made things go very smoothly. And the movers Zak and Daz were extrememly efficient and careful when moving everything into the new house. Brilliantly done! :)

A massive thank you to Zack and Isaac for their help! They were hardworking and diligent, kind, and gave us the confidence that our belongings will be well looked after in transit.

We had a sofa that was particularly challenging to get out of the property, but the gents did very well to wiggle it out and onto the truck.

We would certainly use Franklins again and would even specifically request Zack and Isaac if we could.

Issac, Aidan, Lewis & Carl were amazing. Very professional, quick, helpful and polite. We have used many removals before and Franklins are definitely one of the best.

Collection in Europe with delivery to Birmingham, UK both smoothly and quickly conducted! Zak and Jamie F. On the delivery side and Paul and Mike on the collection end were fantastic, timing exactly as planned and goods safely stored in the interim. Would absolutely book again for a future move!

I am currently using Franklins removals company for my move from England to France, and so far the experience has been excellent.
Bev, who handled all the paperwork and arrangements, has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. She answered all of my questions quickly and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
On collection day, Jamie F and Isaac were fantastic. They gave me a one-hour heads-up before arriving, which was really appreciated, and they were both professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings.
Although my belongings are still in transit, the service so far has given me real trust and confidence that everything is in good hands. I will happily update once delivery is complete, but at this stage I would definitely recommend them.
Update 11th June: all my belongings arrived all on one piece :) Many thanks to the team and hats off to the driver who managed to enter a narrow residential area and deliver my items. Great service start to finish

We were reassured from the start of the process by the good communication from Bev in Franklins office. Really speedy replies to queries and concerns and very helpful with advice about HMRC forms etc for bringing furniture and personal items from Denmark. Friends in Denmark who had stored our furniture commented on the friendliness and efficiency of the people who collected our furniture and the Jason and Isaac who delivered it in London were really helpful, friendly and efficient.

Kieran and Isaac were so polite and hard working. Handled everything with care, didn’t have to worry about a thing.
