Aidan and Jamie collected my furniture to move into storage. Bev was helpful in arranging a fairly last minute move.
On the day Aidan and Jamie arrived promptly and packed everything required efficiently and making sure all of the necessary items. They were professional at all times and communicated any issues promptly

Paddy And Lewis showed up promptly and eager to work, had everything unloaded carefully and safely in a timely manner, both were extremely polite and proffesional from start to finish, would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing removals or storage.

Poor communication. Two days before our collection window and we still hadn't been given a date. Beverley insisted she had emailed one but, despite our many emails to Franklins, she had written to someone completely different.

We were told it would be one day (quite late) and at the last minute, found out that wasn't true. We were told it would be very early the next day but the lorry arrived four hours later than the time given. Moving is stressful enough without this.

None of that would have mattered so much if our posessions had been looked after but care of our goods was dreadful. Even sturdy, plastic boxes were broken - presumably from too much weight on them? Loose items were trashed. I still haven't checked everything yet because it's so upsetting to see the damage, but the first four items I looked at (two standard lamps, well wrapped and marked 'fragile', one garden pot, one clothes airer) were all destroyed.

Multiple layers of plastic coverings on items like rugs were ripped and the rugs marked, as if the rugs had been dragged over gravel rather than carried. One item fell off the back of the removals lorry in front of us when it was being loaded out of sheer carelessness and scratched the lorry as it fell.

No insurance help either because, despite me explaining that I wouldn't be able to check items for a month until they'd arrived in England, that wasn't quick enough to file a claim. Beverley promised to come back to me to see if there was anything she could do, but of course she did not bother to.

We used Franklins to move us from Staffordshire to Devon in July 2026. The process from speaking initially to Ben and Bev to moving over 2x days was faultless. Lewis, Cam, Zachary, Matty and Kieran were friendly, organised and worked like trojans in the heat to ensure our move and belongings were collected and delivered without any issues. The move team were relaxed worked well as a team and added humour to what could easily have been a stressful process.I would highly recommend Franklins to anyone moving home, brilliant service, lovely people and competitively priced…Thankyou guys ⭐️

What can I say, well a truly amazing company from 1st contact, Bev was amazing all the way through from start to finish, on the day, Karl, Paddy & Cameron arrived and when I say they worked this is an unstatement they grafted non stop and did the company proud, banter was had and they made me feel very comfortable. I would have absolutely no problems in recommending Franklins to anyone, who wants a 1st class service. Thank you so much for making our move seamless.

I would recommend Franklins for removals. We moved house yesterday and the experience was seamless. Zak and Jamie went above and beyond. After a long day they eventually emptied their vehicle of our belongings during the evening and then had to travel home from Cheshire. Seamless process from email enquiry to deposit to collection, to payment to receiving my furniture and items overseas. Bev and team were great at answering all queries making the process one less stressful thing to worry when you are relocating overseas. Paul and Dev (I may have spelt that wrong) were great in delivery of my furniture abroad.

Really speedy collection from Kieran and Aidan - everything checked and loaded into the van within 30 mins. Booked 10m^3 - half a van load - and that was ideal for boxes plus a few items of furniture. Thanks guys!

Just had our items picked up ready for our new adventure, Zak & Karl were excellent and went the extra step to assist us and make sure everything was packed up. They were extremely friendly and would recommend them and Franklins to anyone.

Franklins were first class from enquiry to the move 65 miles away. They guys were pleasant, polite and very helpful. They worked really hard , it was a sweltering day and they placed everything in my new home exactly where I wanted it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Bev in the office who was always very helpful.

Daz & Zac were incredible. It was a please to have them in our house for the duration of the work. they worked very hard and took great care of our possessions and our house. I was sorry to see them leave!!

My son used Franklins to Ship his family belongings from Germany back to Greater Manchester in the UK. They delivered his belongings in very good condition, exactly as he packaged them. Matty and Cameron S, who delivered the shipment to my house, were pleasant, polite and careful in their work including where they parked the vans.

Aiden and Jamie arrived today exactly on time, very professional they went around the house and asked what was being taken and got to work right away. They were in and out so efficiently and were very accommodating for the last minute random items. Bev In the office was also very helpful from start to finish. We are very satisfied our belongings will arrive in France without any problem and would recommend Franklins to everyone
