Delicious!!!!
Staff were annazing and the food was delicious. Burger was flavourful and the meat just fell off the ribs. Will definitely be back.
Liverpool branch
Visited edge lane Liverpool. The food amazing. Had a steak cooked to Perfection and the carbonara was great with a side of onion rings just crispy enough to hear the crunch. Couldn’t fault the staff who served me tended to our every need. Our server was Courtney And she was wonderful. Fully recommend the Liverpool branch. Atmosphere was also great was not busy not too quiet and the music was spot on. Would return again soon.

Couldn't use voucher as it was a rugby day and I didn't no , I was glad as toilets were horrendous and filthy, I did write to complain and they didn't seem that bothered ,just said they ll let management no ,
Visited the Oxford restaurant
Visited the Oxford restaurant. From the moment I walked in the staff were rude. After approaching the counter and saying I had booked a table I was not spoken the only acknowledgement was pointing a finger in the direction I had to go. Very slow service, after I had finished the main and needed another drink, with no staff around I asked someone walking by,I believe this was the manager, just to be told no I had to ask a waitress, which I had not been able to do. The pizzas were too oily and my halloumi was rock hard. When I came to pay and use some vouchers after one would not work the staff member was dismissive, rude, eye rolling, telling me none of them would work and why don't I just watch as they all decline (other vouchers went through) Disgusting service and food, will never return to a Frankie and Benny's so disappointed very far from my expectations.
Our Valentine's day meal
Fantastic service and fantastic food here in the union square Restaurant. Staff went out there way to make our experience a great one. The chicken wings with BBQ sauce was especially good.
Dorota and William were especially great and each time we eat here they are happy to serve and always provide a special service.
Lots of happy eating from the Semple Family

Frankie and Benny's High Cross
We went to Frankie and Benny's High Cross, Leicester 10th January. It was my husbands birthday on the day and we went for a meal before heading to the Curve for a show. We were served by a very politeful girl named Angelika, i mentioned my husbands birthday to her, we enjoyed a very quick serviced meal, decided to have a dessert and she came over with my husbands pudding with a candle on it playing happy birthday song, didn't ask for anything, she done it off her own back. Angelika you made our visit very welcoming and enjoyed our meal and would like to say a big thank you to you 😊
I don't believe it's that bad!!!
I can see so many bad reviews for F&B from all over the UK. My review is simply based on the F&B in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. I appreciate that F&B can be considered pricey for what you get but I would assume you already know that before you enter the premises. However, I just want to highlight the service we received during our visit, a lady by the name of Ivelina served us and all I can say regarding her attitude towards the customers is that she's got it spot on, she greets you with a smile and nothing seemed to be too much of a issue for her, we had a groupon coupon so there was some restrictions with the menu, Ivelina explained what we could and couldn't have without her being condescending, I can also confirm that she treated everyone in there the same way as I could hear and see greeting new customers. My wife and I eat out quite a bit in pubs and restaurants and sometimes it feels the staff are trying too hard or they're the total opposite end of the scale and don't really care. Well if your in F&B in Trowbridge and you're lucky enough to meet this lady, I'm sure you'll be happy with the service.
Meagre portions, extortionate prices!
As per other recent reviews, our experience of F&B in recent months has seen a decline in quality, quantity and a stupidly high increase in prices.
I had 14 skinny fries with my meagre burger, the pulled brisket was a struggle to locate as so little of it. The worst peppercorn sauce I’ve tasted, it was disgusting. And it cost £18.50 - for a burger!
Funnily outside the Cribbs restaurant is a large screen advertising the burger I had, the one I was served was nothing like it! Maybe I’ll inform trading standards.
And £9 for a pudding… really!!!
Such a shame standards are now so low, won’t be returning!
Bland and expensive
We’ve been going to the one at Giltbrook, Notts for years and watched the menu go slowly downhill.
I had three serving spoons worth of vegan Mac and cheese just covering the bottom of the dish. It looked exactly like the Mac cheese in a tin. Bland and uninteresting. For £14 they could have thrown in half a garlic baguettes.
This was the last time. We’re going somewhere else. Which is a shame as the staff are great but F&B should be ashamed of their prices
Had the misfortune to visit the…
Had the misfortune to visit the Northampton premises tonight!!! We had purchased Groupon vouchers to use, but the staff wouldn't process them as we were a party of 4????? We offered to sit at different tables, but the manager said they were not accepting any more bookings as the restaurant was full (this was 7.00pm and 4 tables were taken), this later changed to that they were short staffed. They were sarcastic and did not care that they were losing business to loyal customers. When we declined the offer of not using our vouchers we were met with more sarcasm on our way out. I wonder why this chain is going out of business? I m now £45 out of pocket for vouchers I can not use.
Rude staff
Went to F&B at Hempstead valley for breakfast. We had our drinks order taken then after nearly 15 minutes my wife asked if we could order our food. The waitress said in a snooty voice that she will be over in a minute, gave my wife a dirty look then mumbled something under her breath. We got up and walked out. Won't be going there again.
Checking the bill and the convoluted way it was given to me, I’ve been ripped off to the tune of £70. Think the staff need lessons in basic maths 😔
I was overcharged around £70 for a family meal I had this evening at the Liverpool restaurant. After doing the calculations a number of times it always comes out at the above deficit. It appears the correct Tastecard discounts weren’t applied by the server and an optional 10% service charge was also invoked without my authority. Not great and certainly not the service I’d expect of a supposed reputable restaurant chain.
Customer service was shocking at F&B…
Customer service was shocking at F&B Ocean Terminal Edinburgh, if the management wear black tops, she was rude to a young boy by calling him a girl when corrected she didn’t even apologise, then insisted that he was 15 when he wasn’t
F&Bs at Centretainment
Visited F&Bs at Centretainment, Sheffield, before seeing Disney on Ice, only to be told we couldn't use the 2 for 1 via Taster Card. Why have offers if they can't fulfill? Their reason because it was busy!! Waited over 25 minutes for food!
Never again, service going to the dogs!
Frankie and Benny would be ashamed!
Visited Ashford Eureka Park restaurant after school Monday 15th December.
We don't go out for meals after school often, this was a real treat for our girls, but ruined by poor customer service and extremely poor food.
Waited over 40minutes despite restaurant being practically empty. We were sat next to the kitchen and tills so staff could visibly see two restless hungry and tired children, yet we were still forgotten about.
Food eventually arrived after us asking again for it. Christmas burger had crucial elements missing (bacon), the burger was very overcooked, yet cold! And the brie was cold and unmelted. The scrappiest iceberg lettuce too.
Husbands meal was ok. Calzone.
Kids meals had the wrong sides with them.
Reported it and the waitress was pleasant, but I stated we were too hungry and waited too long already, so we were not prepared to wait for meal replacements. They agreed to remove the cost of the burger meal from the bill.
No one came to provide courtesy meal checks following this, and I genuinely think we could have walked out without paying and no one would have noticed.
Husband spoke with manager who appeared carless and lacking any level of motivation or professionalism.
I'd have appreciated more than just the cost of the meal removed, perhaps a 10% reduction as the service was absolutely appalling.
The bar man was the exception, we saw him several times; taking drinks order, delivering them and clearing them. Friendly, helpful and kind. Clearly quite enjoys his job.
The rest of the staff were neglectful, the chef clearly has no pride in his work. The restaurant was mostly empty.
F&B should be embarrassed.
Disappointed
Very disappointed that the choices were so limited. My daughter is gluten free and mentioned it to staff. We then got told they had run out of gluten free pizza base, despite it being 6.30pm! She ended up with the only alternative which was a burger with lettuce. Chips were not gluten free! After waiting 45 minutes although the restaurant was nearly empty. My daughter ordered gluten free garlic sauce as the burger was so dry but she had finished by the time it arrived. My other daughter received her meal without the advertised onion rings. All in all, not a great birthday treat for me!
Unfortunately I think I got food…
Unfortunately I think I got food poisoning from this restaurant in Plymouth.
Plymouth restaurant
Plymouth restaurant:
The restaurant was not busy at all . We had booked a table for 4 and were greeted politely and shown to our table. The burgers were OK nothing special the cob salad with prawn and red pepper skewers was nice and quite generous with the prawns. The deserts was a different matter. The blueberry pie was soggy - probably had been warmed in a microwave. The custard was miniscule and ice cream tasteless.
First and last time
Good service, terrible food
Came to the Metrocentre Gateshead restaurant, the staff were lovely but I cannot say the same for the food. Everything came cold and the eggs Benedict was hard. 60 pound for dry horrible food. Never coming here again
