Outstanding service and a quality fitting
From start to finish my experience of France Attelage has been outstanding. I struggled to get anyone in the UK to do the towbar on our camper van so I thought I would try and get it done in France. Even though the young man in Merignac spoke no English and me little French, he worked hard to understand what I wanted and did a fantastic job.

I ordered last Wednesday and …….
I ordered last Wednesday, apparently if ordered before 15 h it would be shipped same day. What a joke. I rang them today, told it will be shipped tomorrow nearly a whole week later. I got the Gaelic shrug on the phone. They have your money and don’t care !
J’ai commandé mercredi dernier, apparemment si commandé avant 15 h il serait expédié le même jour. Quelle blague. Je les ai appelés aujourd’hui et je leur ai dit qu’ils seraient expédiés demain presque une semaine plus tard. J’ai reçu le haussement d’épaules gaélique au téléphone. Ils ont ton argent et s’en fichent !
