I had no problems whilst ordering my frame. It arrived when they said it was going to. Took about a week. No spelling error. Exactly how I wanted it.

Recently purchased a frame my name for my son's nursery and I love it. I also purchased one for my daughter's nursery a year and a half ago and I love it so wanted to get my son one too. I definitely recommend. Considering getting another one for my friend who's baby is due in the summer as it would be an unusual present.

I've ordered from this company twice now. After seeing them come up as an advert on Facebook I was very sceptical that they would be genuine but both times the name frames I have ordered have been amazing.

Hello this is my first time I order from use but unfortunately use can’t wright my two daughters name one frame, so I ask for a full refund back. This is the ref number 123576, I would love to place another frame but it’s too late now as my girls order choose another gift for their Christmas but in future i be order the frame from use soon.

After seeing an advert on Instagram I ordered a card for my Grandson for his 1st Birthday. I had been very disappointed with the selection of cards in the shops and this personalised card was perfect.
It was a beautiful card and very much admired.

Cut the long story short, very unprofessional attitude, and won't rectify there mistake. I ordered a name frame, which i gave the meaning and description of what i wanted written on there, and they decided to add there own writing and put a meaning of the name which is not even correct! After emailing many times, they are trying to charge me for a replacement, even though it's their mistake. Really disappointed in their loyalty, considering I've bought many stuff from them before, but that's the last of it. There are many businesses out there who i can use.
