I recently ordered a frame as a gift for a friend. On its arrival I noticed there was a spelling mistake (My fault).
I contacted Brian and explained what had happened and informed him it was a gift that I was due to pass in three days. Brian was fantastic and managed to do a new print and send it out so it arrived in time for me to pass. Thank you so much, I will absolutely recommend your company to friends and family in the future.

I bought these for my grandchildren, a couple of years ago, so wanted to buy some more for my newly born grandchildren. They are beautifully made and there is so much to choose from. My son decided to change the spelling of my grandchild’s name and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. A new insert was received very quickly. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!
