I ordered a personalised birthday card on 16th September for my grandsons 13th birthday. His birthday has now passed and still no card!
I have emailed this company twice and have received no correspondence other than “we will look into it”…. Still nothing, no apology, explanation or refund!
Avoid this company as customer service is obviously not their priority!!

I would highly recommend this lovely company for children's personalised birthday banners. Delivery was great and they went down a treat with my nephew who loved the gaming ones.

Ordered a couple of times 1 of which is for my granddaughters 1st birthday. Good quality. Arrived before & on time. Definitely recommend. Will be ordering again in the future..

Have previously purchased a framed name for my son and was really pleased with it, just had to get another when my daughter was born. Love the colourful frame, looks great on my daughters wall. Something she can keep forever. Quick delivery.

I am still waiting for a matter to be resolved with my order. I therefore can't really give a positive review at this point.

I orderd a plaque and put the name day and month on it.. It was for a christening. Although it arrived on the Saturday it was in second post so couldn't go out and get anything for the day afters christening... I received a refund but no apology.. They asked me to check everything make sure it was right then they got the day and month wrong... No apology... I'd stay well clear of this company with no morals what's so ever..I turned up at the christening with no present and I had to apologise...

I found Frame My Name after much browsing online and chose them for the perfect New Baby Gift.
The frame was presented with the exact wording requested and the text was carefully positioned for the best visual effect.
The frame itself is well made.
I haven't given it to the new Mum yet, but I am sure she will be thrilled with the pretty and personal frame for her baby daughter.

I ordered 3 weeks before my sons birthday party, after 2 weeks I sent an email to ensure the banner I ordered had been dispatched. Very slow to respond to my email asking for the order number which I replied with and then no further contact. So disappointed as it means it is too late to order from another company.

I've used this site 7 times for my newborn grandchildren. A lovely item which I had name, d.o.b, weight & time of birth. Lovely keepsake.
