In response to your reply to my previous review, I have proof that I emailed you 4 times with no response from you, and you were unable to authenticate my revitalash product to PayPal, so they reimbursed me. Such a coincidence that you have replied to most of your negative reviews with the same answer, that you didn't receive their email!
