The perfume was shipped out in a careful and effective way. Orders were followed up with sufficient email updates and done in a timely manner.

Placed my order March 3 and still nothing. I received an email from them 2 days ago stating that my order has been sent back to them because of an incomplete address. ????? I filled out all the proper boxes with all my correct information. I have tried calling and emailing customer service with no response back.

Finally got my refund but it took more than 2 months and I had to badger them like a crazy person for it. Stay away from this company.

I ordered several bottles from this company and after 8 days of hearing nothing back, I contacted them and they told me that the items I had ordered were "damaged in stock and not in condition to ship" which is an obvious lie, as I had ordered 6 different items and there is no way they were all mysteriously damaged at the same time. I see from other reviews that this seems to be a common boiler-plate excuse this company gives to people. They then said that they would refund my money back to my credit card and that I would see it back on my card within "1-2 business days". After 12 days passing and not receiving any refunds, I had to open a dispute case with my credit card company to get my money back,

Item arrived broken; was told I would be refunded. Over two weeks later that has not happened, and they stopped responding to my emails.

I tried 3 Times completing my order and i finally complete it. Not much user frindly.
When I received my credit cars bill, i was charged 3 Times. None of the 3 amount was corresponding to my bill. Also, i was allowed to receive a10% discount, and since i could not apply it (problem getting my order through) it was supposed to be done manually by one of your team. It finnally was not applied 🫤

I had an issue with the room number in my address and it was really easy to send an email. I got a response and my order was shipped and delivered to the correct address. I actually love their site and will purchase from them again

I contacted them twice after placing an order to check on processing and shipment. If I hadn't I'm certain my order would have arrived more than 30 days after placing the order, which would disallow me from requesting a return for the item. Here's the email I sent them:
I received this order today, October 20, 2023 which was placed on October 1, 2023. I am initiating a return with this email. The order is #887613513.
The order placed was for a 0.7oz bottle of perfume which was pictured next to a box. I received a 0.17oz miniature item balled up in plastic wrap and sealed in a hefty bag. I have attached photos confirming the receipt of an item that was not advertised. The size discrepancy is pictured on the base of the mini perfume: ".17 FLoz". The photo on the website also indicates the product will be 30mL, your listing indicates the product is 21mL, and the photos confirm that what I received is 5mL. This is a whole lot of bad information, and I should have caught on with the issue on your website between the photo and your listing, both of which were incorrect representations of the item I received. The bag also smells markedly different from the perfume I'm familiar with, so I would like to preemptively decline any attempt to encourage me to exchange this for the correct item.
