A customer service which is a waste
Following my previous review, Rakuten, (through Lucie) has sent to me an e-mail claiming that they are unable to check my account because my address is unknown. Weeks ago they wired the balance of my account to my bank and they contact me through Trustpilot with my correct address !!!!!! Who is the most stupid in this issue ?

One of my worst ever experiences with a company. Avoid at all cost!
The seller sent a product that got lost, then I asked him to send it again but he didn't have stock. 5 days later I asked for a refund and out of nowhere Rakuten sent me a tracking number OF ANOTHER PERSON. Upon delivery they asked me to file a complaint at the police station when this tracking number was for another person. Insane

I received a defective phone and refund wasn't posible
I received a defective phone and tried to initiate a return on the 13th day but it was imposible to execute that in the Rakuten platform. And after day 14th they charge all responsability to the seller that does not answer with trustability.
I buy a new brand phone but it seems to be refurbished, after the review of the smartphone from a local store
Even worse, their "support" is milsleading: I received three contradictory addresses for the return to the sellers, that according to them is the responsable, they dont offer any warranty in this transaction.
They are hosting sellers (like MIYI SARL) who seem to be unreachable shell companies, leaving the buyer alone with no warranty. Zero consumer protection.
I recommend to demand them in Signal Conso
