I bought iphone and can not return it because seller is not professional and lazy
Seller not realible, he also aks pay for delivery. He slow and answer once per 3 days, if he want.
He send me parcel poor delivery without any notification and to pick up point. Ok I come and take it because I need it.
Then I decide return item, I send it to seller with realible post, but something happened and it was placed on pickup point near his address.
Seller had received all notification by email and phone (sms).
Seller did not come and took it, as result the parcel is returning to me.
Seller force me to pay for delivery second times.
I've frozen 850 euro 1 month and have not return it yet.
Pay attention buy with this seller, if you have chance make deal with other, will do it.
