This body oil is absolute crapp. Feels like you are applying water except water would be better for the skin. Do not buy from this company!!

Having bought the Magic body oil after 2 days my skin was itching. I contacted customer services and now they are refusing to honour their 30 day money back guarantee. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - they will try and fob you off with a voucher!!! FALSE ADVERTISING for clarity I am well within the 30 days!I I offered to return the sealed unopened boxed bottles as I can not use it (obviously) but nope - was 2 mins over the returns date - but they said they would not accept them any way due to health and safety. Now NOT honoring there 30 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE which is plastered all over their website - Now trying to brush me off with a voucher. FALSE ADVERTISING - DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR PRODUCTS

Still waiting to notice any firming changes on my face. But after using the tool I have noticed that my skin is a lot clearer. Pleased with my purchase and aftercare.

Speedy delivery, and so far good experience

I would have given the company 5 stars when I bought my first Light Pro from them, as it was easy to use and effective. I then bought another for my daughter, as I was so pleased with the first. The second one appeared to me to be faulty, as it kept vibrating in between functions, in spite of being disconnected from the skin. I sent a video, they agreed it was faulty, and sent me another. The new one did exactly the same. They then said it was a new design, and this was meant to happen (odd they didn't know this when they sold it to me?). Annoying change, but the device appeared to still be useable. Then I realised that when using both the new ones on the EMS function we got electric shocks on our faces! This has never happened with the first one I purchased, which I have had for a long time now, and is extremely uncomfortable and disconcerting. I use it in exactly the same way as I use the first one, with the same conductive gel bought from Fontanay, so it is definitely not a case of my using the product incorrectly. Fontanay responded to my complaint by saying it's normal to get electric shocks with an EMS device, which it obviously isn't! I am so disappointed in this company - until now I had really liked their products, had recommended them, and would have continued to buy from them, but I won't again, and would strongly advise others not to.

I have tried to get a response from the company about returning the faulty Light Pro for a refund. They don't respond. As I said in my review above, two out of the three Light Pros I have give electric shocks on the EMS function. I have used all three in exactly the same way - one is fine, and the others are faulty. I have asked various beauty therapists and manufacturers of EMS products, and they say this is absolutely not normal or desirable! Of course it isn't. I will also take this opportunity to say that when I emailed asking why they were selling an almost exact replica of another company's Magic Oil, passing it off as their own creation, they didn't respond. If they were a reputable company they would have done so, and would have told me how to return my faulty product for a refund. They are dishonest and not to be trusted.

I recently contacted Fontanay customer service requesting a replacement small part for my lightpro device which I had lost and what a wonderful response I had from Lea! She was so very kind and helpful and is sending me the part without charge! What fantastic customer service! Lea is an absolute credit to the Company .

The sachets of mask gel they show you pictures of how it works in 1 night or day. This is totally false and should not be allowed to be published. Date of experience is a rough guide. I know it was early this year.

Very pleased with the Lifting mask. I have used it 3 times. I have ordered the silicone patches to try.

I was ordered light massager , but that was just work 1 times after was broken, I was contacting with customer service and no response. If you want put £80 to been just do it , if not don’t buy anything here

This product is great for forehead lines. I noticed an immediate improvement in my deep set forehead lines and eleven lines. Slightly less obvious improvement around eyes and very little noticeable improvement on marionette lines. Results wear off within a day so regular consistent use is needed but after a few weeks of use it looks like there has been some more permanent wrinkle reduction.
