Scammed us, demanded payment when they delivered IN CASH. Told them no, and they left. The bed wasn’t what we ordered, it was broken and not what pictured at all. They won’t refund me and won’t get the bed back with different delivery drivers. We’ve gone to the police and submitted a case. Also told to report them to trading standards

Great quality beds alongside with comfortable mattress. I've ordered 2 from this company and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Looks great in each room. Service was excellent and received on time.

Beware guys and think many times before buying. I am having all the fun of the world getting my missing parts and swapping the right side panels. Communication is extremely weak with no customer service whatsoever. Looks like they operate like a local shop with man band. I would
definitely not recommend to anyone. Very bad experience.

This company came came to my house and asked up front for cash I gave him £300 and he drove off would not answer the phone police have been called

Got my bed delivered today! Absolutely love it. Literally took me 15 minutes to put up. Very solid and amazing for the price. Definitely recommend

Don’t adhere to their own promotions trying to scam people out of money please don’t fall for it!!

FOXY BEDS AND SISTER COMPANY FOXT FURNITURE - AVOID AVOID & AVOID.

We ordered a " double" bed - for the avoidance of any doubt our order number is FB 1032 - the bed arrived dirty, marked, quality of finish was poor with exposed stapling. To add insult to our injury Foxy Beds had sent a kingsize foot to the bed when the order was for a double - hence we were unable to assemble. An email to Foxy Beds 10 days resulted in a request for photographic evidence which we sent with urgency - that was the last that we have heard from this business - multiple emails, whats app, phone calls (never answered) and now on the 5th Nov we have still heard nothing. As is our legal right we want a full refund for the £450 bed - its dirty, damaged, not fit for purpose and certainly not oif merchantible quality - we are taking legal advice to recover our money - in my experience if I were to give you any advice - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS BUSINESS - in my opinion there are much better businesses that value their consumer and do not rob them by sending sub standard products for high prices and then simply ignore the customer.

the bed arrived badly packaged - the head and foot boards are dirty and marked - the foot board is for a king size bed not a double bed - the quality of the finish of the bed is sub standard - overall condition and quality is poor and the item is not fit for purpose. - whilst trying to return item, initial contact was made we sent evidential photographs - since then we have heard nothing - the business is not responding to emails, texts , what’s app or land line phone calls. Under the implied terms of the sales of goods act 1979 this business and the product that it supplied is in clear breach - It is my opinion based on experience that - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER - OTHER MORE REPUTABLE SUPPLIERS SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST OPTION - THIS BUSINESS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED. WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTION TO RECOVER OUR MONEY - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great communication and customer service. Excellent quality bed and value for money. Very easy to self assemble to. Only thing I was wary about was the wooden slats but once its altogether its fine. Would definitely buy from them again.

Prompt communication with Foxy Beds, kept me updated about delivery times which was great. Bed was so easy to put together and it's exactly what I wanted. The mattress is so comfy! Thank you very much, I absolutely love it!
