Electronic Waste/ Elekroschrott

Bought a FOSCAM FI9803P V2 in 2017 for outdoor survey.
To use the cloud service again I need to upgrade the firmware. After appr. 4 weeks and 20 mails with the customer "service" they told me the camera is "to old" for firmware upgrade.
Unbelievable scandal for me - camera is electronic garbage and was wasted money.

Never ever FOSCAM - cutthroat company - be aware.
