Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I ordered a ring box on 25th June for my wedding and, as of today, have received no update whatsoever on my order. I’ve emailed multiple times—no response. I’ve messaged them on Facebook—ignored. I even tried their live chat, and they simply refuse to acknowledge any of my messages. Phone calls? Tried numerous times with no answer.

This is supposed to be a special purchase for an important day, and instead, I’m left completely in the dark.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Flawed keepsake boxes. Disappointed with lack of resolution from Foryou.ie

I placed my order with fouyou.ie, with high expectations, particularly as I was keen to support a local business. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing due to ongoing issues and a lack of meaningful response.

I first raised concerns about my order on 26/06/2025, providing detailed photographs to support my claim. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear communication from my side, the issue remains unresolved as of 11/07/2025.

Recent order

No product or customer service

I made an order which was estimated to be delivered 23rd May in order confirmation, it was not delivered and no communication either, tried call them multiple times and the phone line is automated to say contact email. Eventually after multiple emails I got 1 response with apologies and offering replacement or refund and have received nothing since, asked for a refund since and no reply. 3 weeks later from estimated delivery Still No refund, still no product still only 1 response. Do not recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful, the guest book is stunning , The addition of the names onto the guest book makes it an item that will be cherished for years to come. Excellent delivery and really well packaged I would recommend this company 100% .

No customer service response

I had to contact customer service due to an issue with my item and used the email provided..I sent them 3 emails over the space of a month and received no response to any of my emails.

Terrible company and I wouldn't recommend.

No customer service. Just being ignored.

My son bought me a personalised key holder as a gift for my birthday. On opening and putting it together I realised a piece was missing. We took a photo and He emailed them and asked them to send on the missing piece. but no reply.
Very bad customer service.
Disappointed. Won't buy from here again.

Shocking customer service

I ordered 2 items off for you. A personalised jewellery box for my daughter for her communion and a personalised photo frame for my nephew for his communion. I never received an email to confirm my order . I have emailed them 3 times and contacted them twice on social media and for you have still not replied to me. I have not received any shipping info so these items will not be here in time. This company has the most shocking customer service . I have never had an issue like this with a company before. I had ordered what I thought would be a special gift for my daughter for her communion and now 2 days before it I am left with nothing for her and this company haven’t even the manners to respond to a paying customer. Shame on you for you . I will not ever order from you again
