Service overall is very good

Service overall is very good. Some things can get to me super quick if the item is in Calgary and if anything is delayed, I get an email detailing why. It’s my favourite, non local place to shop!

Everything is great EXCEPT for your…

Everything is great EXCEPT for your rubbish website. Restricted search parameters, not always up to date or accurate, in general it looks like something that was made 15 years ago and not updated. Contact with actual people has been excellent and I appreciate being able to purchase items and having easy returns if they don't fit. Burn the website to the ground and start again and you will be excellent.
