I recently ordered a set of Reinhart DBX Performance Baffles for my 2001 Harley Electra Glide, hoping to get a deeper, more aggressive sound.

I decided to order through FortNine to support a Canadian supplier. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was on time—no issues there.

However, after installation and running the bike briefly, the sound was identical to the stock baffles. I took it for a short ride just to confirm, and unfortunately, there was no noticeable difference. It appears that with my current engine setup, these baffles simply don’t have any impact.

I reached out to FortNine, but was told they could not accept a return since the product had been installed and used. While I understand the policy in general, in this case the product shows no visible signs of use and was only run for a few minutes. It’s disappointing there wasn’t more flexibility or a willingness to help find a solution.

This ended up being a $300 lesson. There are likely alternative options that would achieve the desired sound, but for now I’ll be going back to my U.S.-based supplier, who has been consistently reliable over the past 15 years.

I gave FortNine a try to avoid tariffs and duties, but unfortunately this experience didn’t meet my expectations.

Orders sat for over a week before processing, in some cases. If you are that busy, thats a good thing. but suspiciously slow in processing.

Customer service was hands down the best I've ever had. They answered the phone second ring no waiting on hold. Canada post lost my package and fortnine sent out a new one right away. Amazing. Keep it up.

I've been a long time customer of FortNine, and a few other Canadian motorcycle gear E-trailers since starting to ride, and have usually been quite happy with FortNine's selection and service, with one warranty issue as an exception, until recently. While shopping for new jackets, pants, boots, and gloves I noticed that the regular price mark-ups FortNine has been making have made them, in some cases, significantly more expensive than every other option. This was highlighted today when I cross shopped F9 with two other Canadian retailers and the official Alpinestars Canadian online store where a jacket F9 was $200 more expensive than A-stars' own site and a pair of boots on F9 was $140 more than A-stars and both other Canadian retailers. This is something I have noticed with increasing frequency with F9's prices and I find it to be quite unacceptable given the company's size and general dominance in the Canadian motorcycle gear market. Ultimately, and as a result of F9's pricing practices, I will very likely avoid shopping with FortNine going forward unless there is an item I simply can't acquire elsewhere in Canada. This profiteering attitude of F9, particularly over the last 1-2 years with inflation related to North American/international trade wars, is simply unacceptable because it is dramatically and negatively impacting what motorcyclists get for their money, especially given the already high cost of motorcycle protective gear.

TALKED TO DAVID and DEMETRI AT FORTNINE CANADA ABOUT MY ISSUE, THEY ASKED ME TO SEND SOME PICS.. WHICH I DID. THEY WORKED WITH ME IN COMING TO A 100% RESOLUTION AND MADE ME VERY HAPPY AS A CUSTOMER. I FELT LIKE THEY REALLY HEARD and CARED ABOUT ME AS a CUSTOMER. HARD TO FIND A COMPANY LIKE THIS TODAY. I WILL USE AGAIN , FOR SURE.

U guys are awesome…always great pleasure when purchasing or returning products for refunds. Shipping is outstanding…arriving promptly and in great condition…never ever had an issue.

Great return policy! No stress in ordering items that need to be worn to assess fit. I recently had to return an few items for this reason and because the return policy is simple and hassle free I will be ordering “fit” items again.

Ultra fast shipping and great prices. I ordered studded tires on december 30th, expecting them to be shipped the next week after the holiday, but no! They were already shipped by noon the same day! These guys don't mess around. I could not recommend them more!

Company itself has great items at great prices. Offers "free shipping" but unfortunatly they use Purloator and although it is a courier you can expect it to take longer than a month to arrive. Customer service at both Fortnine and Purloator won't bother to help you. I had Purloator loose my package so I'm out a $200 order as they say they will replace it but so far nothing at all has arrived and when I call I get nothing but the run around.

First timer and very impressed with the completeness and punctuality of my order. I ordered a boatload of OEM Honda parts to do maintenance on my BF150 XA & BF8 D1 LRA outboard motors. I was able to order almost everything I needed and all in time for Christmas. Thanks again!

Moutain bike helmet never received for Christmas gift and then they expect you to pay fee on order if cancelled. Unbelievable!

Tires arrived quickly and everything was in order.
