At first glance this company seems great, I was enquiring about a trip to Monza this year and was helped by Neil. Neil was quite helpful to start with until he refused to answer my queries about extending our stay despite offering to check out alternative options so I had to chase it up, not ideal but people are busy so I understand. When he got back to me we decided to proceed with the booking, upon hearing this I was sent an email the night of and then received 4 phone calls in the space of a minute the next day, 2 text messages telling me about Neil’s WhatsApp and an email asking me if I wanted to proceed. I told Neil I was at work and would respond later but apparently that’s not good enough and was sent more emails asking if I had filled out API forms. The API form access information isn’t overly clear and I was having a few problems, when I asked Neil for a bit of help I was sent a very sarcastic email telling me to forward said email not reply to it, I had been forwarding it but was made to feel stupid due to the weird way you access the form. I again proceeded nonetheless and was sent my provisional confirmation, the seats I had requested were not in the quote so perhaps if Neil had replied to my email the next morning it would’ve been done correctly and I wouldn’t have had to chase him up again. We ultimately decided not to use formula escapes as we were offered better repayment plans with someone else, I let Neil know and thanked him for all his help to which I received an email asking for a bit of feedback as to why. When give my reason for not going with this company I received a very rude and passive aggressive response, again with things highlighted and a sentence about prices being negotiable in all caps and bold letters. I never once stated that my refusal to use this company was due to price, I knew the price before I decided to go ahead. I don’t appreciate the rude response or the fact that the managing director was cc’d on the email when he previously hadn’t been. I was nothing but polite when dealing with Neil and formula escapes but the emails I received were unnecessarily rude and I will definitely not be using this company in future nor would I recommend it to anyone. Obviously Chris the managing director has no problem with his staff speaking to potential customers like this. I now know it says in a small notes box somewhere on the quote that repayment plans are negotiable but perhaps you’d get more customers making this clearer to people at the time of enquiry or booking. I’d also recommend spelling customers names correctly in the opening email, especially when it’s provided in their email address, it’s more professional. I wouldn’t recommend this company in future. The company also flagged my email about my experience with trustpilot so it would be removed, not being able to post negative reviews about my experience seems a bit odd.

Abu Dhabi 2024 was our 5th trip with Formula Escapes!
Each trip starts with a great booking experience with Neil who also arranges our extended holiday for us. Once there, we receive a friendly welcome from the FE team on the ground. From airport pick up and drop off, to the standard of hotel offered and circuit transfers, everything works so well. It's the personal touch from Neil, Chris, Rachel, Sam and Nik, which gives a truly enhanced experience.
Since we first used FE, the company itself and the number of guests has grown, but the first class service given has remained the same. Well done to all those involved in this friendly, professional company. See you again.

What an EPIC trip. From a really responsive and personalised booking, to great communications before the trip, to everything running like clockwork and amazing hosts. We had the best trip, met some fabulous people and made some amazing new friends. The hotel, food, transfers all great. The only downside is we had too much fun we didn’t even make it to the private beach at the hotel in Abu Dhabi.

We have attended the 2024 Abu Dhabi GP with formula escapes for the first, it hasn’t disappointed, in fact it’s been wonderful! The seats at the track were amazing, the transfers to and from the track seamless and the hotel just stunning. We can’t wait to book our 2025 trip you them.

These guys are the best. We’ve been to several destinations and cannot fault a thing. Nothing is too much trouble and it has such a lovely family feel about the whole package. We have made so many new friends when travelling with formula escapes.

Neil at Formula Escapes did a fantastic job of organising our trip to the US Grand Prix in Texas. We had an amazing time. We will definitely book with Formula Escapes again in future.

Went to Baku with them, very well organised. I was travelling alone but they arranged for me to meet a fellow lone traveller at the airport. Great seats for the race and hotel was good too. Neil was so friendly and knew Baku well. Will definitely travel with them again, best F1 travel company I have ever used. Highly recommended.

Our 4th trip with Formula escapes, and what a great trip!! Baku is a wonderful place, the old town especially, with great restaurants and amazing architecture! As always with Formula Escapes we got all the information we needed in advance and were well looked after during the week. The race was great and topped off another fab experience - already booked the next one!!

I have recently returned from the Baku City GP. If you’re considering Azerbaijan book it and join the party.
Neil and Sam were constantly updating the WhatsApp group and keeping us up to date with key information, trips, hotel bookings and transfers. A welcome drinks event started the weekend off.
Formula Escapes provides easy access to attending F1, you literally just turn up at the airport, each booking allows you to make your trip bespoke adding on a holiday, to recover from the partying.

Well organised from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently returned from a trip to the Singapore Grand Prix followed by 6 nights in Bali. It was totally amazing!!! This was our 1st Grand Prix and have just booked to go the Canadian Grand Prix next year with Formula Escapes. The entire experience was fantastic, Formula Escapes arranged everything, nothing was left to chance. We have never been on an organised trip before and we couldn't fault it. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to go to a Grand Prix, they took care of everything. All we had to do was enjoy the experience.

This is the third time I have booked with Formula Escapes and we have already booked to go to the Spanish Grand Prix next year.
They offer a personal touch and nothing is too much trouble- we were kept updated about transfers , track times throughout the weekend and were also recommended tours of Baku City .
They organise everything including , flights, hotels , transfers .
Already thinking about which race to go to in 2026.

Visited the Monza GP with my Daughter and was first time we had booked a GP abroad. To be honest this was an unbelievable experience, the attention to detail was fantastic, excellent accommodation, superb transfers to and from the track. The regular updates and information provided in the group chats was above and beyond what we were expecting. Chris / Sam and all the reps were so helpful and made the experience even better. We are definitely planning to book with them again and we would recommend Formula Escapes to anyone that is thinking of attending a GP, we are so pleased we booked with them as we loved every moment of the experience.

Monza 2024 started out as a great experience then dropped off miles from the track and left to find our own way. The clowns at the track sent us around in circles and eventually found a semi english speaking person to point us in the right direction. We're told the stands are covered but put right at the end of the Parabolica stand in the direct sun for hours. Then started the huge trek back to find the buses. My advise for others in future, get an Uber or taxi to the track gates

Just the most incredible experience! The whole team took care of absolutely everything, which meant we could enjoy every moment stress free. Communication, transfers, recommendations, top tips, it really doesn’t get better. As f1 first timers I had no idea what to expect or what we needed to do, but with Formula Escapes we just needed to turn up and enjoy! If you’re thinking of booking a trip, just book, already thinking about my next trip. Thank you for the highlight of my year!

Just back from Monza, a great experience with Formula Escapes, well organised and great value. They have amazing knowledge about each circuit which makes for a far better experience than trying to organise yourself. Will use these guys again and they come highly recommended! Many thanks, Aaron!!!

1st time using Formula Escapes to go to our 1st GP, service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say what a great experience going to the Hungarian Grand Prix was with Formula Escapes. First time we have used them and were blown away by the level of service and knowledge of Chris and Rachel who were running the weekend. The use of WhatsApp made sure we knew where we had to be for bus pick up and drop off was always near our hotel. Since I have a slight mobility issue the Silver Grandstand was a godsend. Opposite the pits and we could see the podium too.

Would definitely go again and recommend this company to a F1 newbie.
